1. 현상황 여자친구는 26 저는 30이고, cc로 연애한지 4년반쯤 되었습니다. 제 집은 서울시 은평구고 여친 집은 분당입니다. 예전에 학교다닐때는 거리먼게 체감이 많이 안됐는데 취직하고나서는 집이 먼게 체감이 많이 되더라구요. 그리고 여러가지 상황으로 인해 데이트할 시간도 없어지고(제가 퇴근시간이 늦고 여친직장이 더 경기 남쪽으로 내려감) 오래 만났다보니 데이트 컨텐츠도 마땅히 없고 아직 서로 너무 좋아하고... 생각해보니 결혼하면 많은게 해결될거같아 진지하게 결혼을 고민하기 시작했습니다. 2. 재정상황 저는 한달에 세후로 400~450쯤 벌고있습니다. 한달에 100만원빼고 다 적금or예금중이고 직장 3년차에 현재 7천정도 모았습니다. 1년에 3천정도씩 모으고 있네요. 주변에서 한창 재테크하라고 많이 했었는데 결과적으로는 작년에 주식 손안댄게 다행인거같기도 하네요. 여친은 세후 250정도 벌고 어느정도 모았는지는 모릅니다. 다만 제 직업이 이직도 잦고 고용이 불안정합니다. 몸쓰는 직업이라 건강상의 문제가 일찍 나타날수있다는 변수가 있습니다. 그래도 향후 10년까지는 안정적으로 세후 400~500씩 벌수는 있을거같습니다. 3. 자세한 계획 제 직장은 합정이고 여자친구 직장은 광교쪽입니다. 제 직장은 이직이 힘들지만 여자친구는 이직이 쉬워서 여친이 나중에 서울로 올수도 있습니다. 둘다 모은돈 합쳐 1억이고 양가 부모님한테 땡기면 합 3억까지 됩니다. 제 집은 은평구 구파발쪽이고 여친집은 분당 이매쪽입니다. 결혼에 대해 가장 큰 근심거리는 역시 주거문제인데... 솔직히 눈낮추는거 빼고는 당장 답이 없어보입니다. 이 점에서 설득하는게 제일 중요할거같습니다. 지금 결혼을 생각하는 이유도 어차피 3~4년지나도 제가 있는돈에 1억정도 더 생기는건데 제 결혼준비금에 1억 더해진다고 해도 수도권 아파트 매매할때 턱없이 부족한 돈이기도 하고(지금과 크게 상황변화가 없을거같다는 뜻입니다) 결혼하면 서로 돈도 더 빨리 모을수 있을거같아서요. 아마 신축빌라나 반전세로 가야겠죠. 전세 5000에 월세 100정도면 괜찮은 컨디션의 집이 꽤 많이 보이더라구요. 신혼집 위치는 제가 희생하는 방향으로(분당에 더 가깝게...) 보고있습니다. 사실 계획이랄게 없네요. 이제 직장인 3년차고 취직하고 그냥 무식하게 돈만 모아온터라... 여친은 연애의끝에 결혼이라는 생각은 하고있습니다만 제가 진지하게 결혼얘기를하면 '갑자기?' 이런반응을 보일거같긴 합니다. 둘다 집이 경기북부나 강북이였으면 그나마 집값이 합리적이니 좋았겠는데 여친과 저의 직장거리나 서로의 집위치나 전부 위치가 애매한 상황이네요... 여친 집 근처에 신혼집을 잡는다고하면 되게 좋아할거같은데 하필 분당근처가 다 한가격 하는동네라... 저는 결혼을 일찍하고 싶습니다. 그리고 딱히 더 늦게한다고 결혼여건이 크게 달라질거같지도 않습니다. 4~5년 연애, 2~3년차 직장인... 청약통장까지 합하면 모은돈은 8천에 꾸준히 모으는중인데 결혼을 위한 최소한의 준비는 되었다고 생각합니다. 설득을 어떻게 해야할까요? 설득이 가능할까요?
