안녕하세요 공공부문 재직자입니다. 저희 회사는 순환근무제로, 금번 인사발령에 의해 기관 정보시스템 구축(데이터 연계 포함)과 내부사용자가 사용하는 프로그램 개선 및 운영 업무를 맡게 되었습니다. 보다 구체적으로는 타 전산직들과의 협업 및 필요하다면 외주를 불러 시스템을 구축하고, 내부사용자들의 에러 또는 시스템 개선 요청 피드백을 모아 유지보수팀으로 전달하는 업무를 수행할 예정입니다. 선임분들은 당분간 db에 접근하는 쿼리문만 잘 찍어도 된다..고 하지만, 시스템에 대한 전체적인 이해와 타 회사와의 데이터 연계 사업에 요구되는 전산환경의 이해도 필요할 것 같습니다. (*회사가 사용하는 db솔루션(?)은 오러클과 제우스입니다.) 그리고 저는 비전공자로 해당 업무 수행에 필요한 역량엔 아직 미치지 못함을 명확히 인지하고 있으나, 무엇에 어떻게 접근해야하는지에 대한 방향을 알지 못하는 상황입니다. 개략적인 배경을 말씀드리면, 저는 컴활 1급 액세스 공부를 하며 습득한 db구축에 대한 개념, 귀동냥으로 vba를 이용한 데이터 분석, 간트 차트를 만들어본 사무자동화 경험, 파이썬을 이용한 데이터 크롤링 예제를 실습해본 경험이 아주 약간 있습니다. 현재 즉시 활용할 수 있는 방법은 다음과 같습니다. 1. 수강하다 내버려둔 fastcampus 사무자동화과정(오토핫키 파이썬 엑셀 매크로 등을 다루는 과정입니다)을 마저 듣는다 2. 선임에게 권유받은 비전공자도 이해할 수 있는 it지식 책을 우선 읽는다 3. 컴퓨터학원(?)에 등록한 뒤 업무 후 학습시간을 가진다 4. 회사에서 단기성으로 보내주는 교육출장을 듣는다 > 아직 일정은 잡혀있지 않습니다. 이런 상황임을 고려할 때, 홍차넷 여러분들이라면 어떤 방식으로 업무 이해도를 늘리기 위해 노력하실지 질문드립니다. 덧. 해당 내용은 회사가 특정될 수 있는 염려로 부득이하게 24시간 후 삭제옵션을 설정했습니다. 이점 양해부탁드립니다. 일단은 시스템에 부하가 적은 SQL문을 쓰고 DB 설계를 최적화해가는 방안, DB 이중화, 백업 전략 이런것들을 이해하기 위해 DB관련 공부를 해야할 것 같고요
외부 및 내부 전산과의 연계 등은 사실 네트워크 엔지니어의 역량도 있어야하고 인프라 아키텍쳐, 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐와 같은 것들이 같이 들어가는거라서 쉽게 뭘 하면 익힐 수 있다 말하기가 좀 어렵습니다. 회사에서 어떤 식으로 전산에 대한 요구가 있는지도 사실 저희는 알 수 없어서..
전산시스템 유지보수 및 개발을 아마 자체적으로 다 하지 않으실테고 전문가집단(외주사나 뭐 자사 IT팀 등)을 통해 같이 일하시게 될테니 기존 업무메뉴얼 및 담당자로서 해야하는 선부터 잘 정리하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다.
