30대중반 유부입니다. 최근 몇달간 야동과 자X를 하지 않았습니다. 성욕이 사라졌어요. 주변의 권유에 따라 병원에서 남성호르몬 수치를 검사했더니, 정상범주에 턱걸이하는 수치(3.0)가 나왔습니다. 의사선생님께서는 테스토스테론 주사 (예X스테론,네X도)를 권유하셨구요. 아래는 '테스토스테론 주사를 맞아야 하는가?'에 대한 저의 사고 전개과정입니다. a.남성호르몬 주사는 맞으면 맞을수록 남성호르몬 자체 생산기능을 저하시킨다. b.특별한 이벤트 없이 자연적인 노화에 의해 남성호르몬수치가 저하된 나의 현 상황을 고려해보면, 남성호르몬 생산기능이 향후 자연적으로 향상되긴 어려울것이고, 별다른 조치를 취하지 않는다면 생산기능과 수치 모두 천천히 낮아질 것이다. c.즉, 내 몸의 남성호르몬 자체생산기능은 i)주사를 맞을 경우엔 빨리 떨어질 것이고 ii)주사를 맞지 않으면 천천히 떨어질 것이다. d.따라서, 주사를 맞을 경우엔, 떨어진 생산기능때문에 평생 맞아야 한다는 결론이 나온다. e.내 몸의 남성호르몬 수치는 i)주사를 '계속' 맞을 경우엔 높은 상태로 유지될 것이고 ii)주사를 맞지 않을 경우에는 점차 낮아질 것이다.iii)주사를 잠깐 맞다가 중단할 경우에는 재앙이 일어날테니 해당 경우는 고려치도 않는다. --- 따라서 저에겐 두가지 선택항이 있습니다.
