스마트 팩토리 TFT 에 차출되었습니다. 애초에 제가 차출된 것도 웃긴게.. 기존 TFT 에서 돈을 아끼려고 프로그램을 만들 외주인력을 안쓰고 TFT 자체내에서 파이썬을 배워서 해보자. 어느정도 가능성이 보이면 그때 투자를 하는 것으로 결정이 되었다고 합니다. 그런데, 다들 입만 산 관리자나 코딩의 ㅋ 도 모르는 엔지니어들이 대부분이었고, 그중 파이썬에 재능이 있었던 과장님이 독학으로 공부해서 머신러닝을 이용한 몇몇 기능을 그럴듯하게 만든 모양입니다. 하지만, 회사 윗분들은 그 과장이 아닌 다른 학벌 좋은 관리자를 더 키워줄 생각으로 모든 공적을 그 차장님의 공으로 돌렸고요. (야, 아이디어는 엔지니어들이 다 낸거고 코딩만 걔가 한거 아니야? 그정도는 프리랜서 하나 붙이면 다 하는거 아니야?) 그래서 빡친 과장님이 이직해버렸는데... 문제는 남은 TFT 인원들이 소스도 못 읽는 수준이었다는 것이고.. 그렇게 6개월동안 공친 TFT 에서 '아무래도 안되겠어. 파이선 능력자가 필요해!' 라고 사람 뽑아달라고 인사팀에 체면 구겨가면서 SOS를 쳤는데, 인사팀에서 '요즘 IT 인력이 얼마나 금값인데.. 거기다가 머신러닝? AI? 스마트팩토리? 그렇게 비싼 인력을 채용할 돈이 어딨어?!' 하면서 대신에 학부시절 컴퓨터 관련 수업을 좀 들었던 저를 차출해서 TFT에 넣었습니다. '너 파이썬 할줄 아냐? 모른다고? 금방 배울거야... 땡땡이(이직한 과장)도 금방 하더라' 라면서 TFT 부장, 차장님들이 파이썬을 배우라네요. 뭐 이런 말도 안되는 일이 있냐... 하고 배째보려고 했는데, 갑자기 상무, 전무가 지나가면서 툭툭 던집니다. 그거 잘 배워둬라, 네 미래 먹거리 될거다. 실질적으로 일할 수 있는 사람을 푸대접했다가 퇴사하니까 정신 조금 차린건지, 그냥 만만한 애 하나 또 부려먹으려고 이러는건지 모르겠습니다. 결론은, 파이썬 배우라는데 조언 좀 부탁드립니다. 일단 구글링해보니 '혼자 공부하는 파이썬'이나 '점프 투 파이썬'을 권유하는 것 같습니다만..
