| Subject | 브레인 포그(brain fog)로 고생하시는 분 있나요? |

가끔 타임라인 같은데 까닭없이 졸리고 하품나온다는 이야기를 했었는데 이게 브레인 포그(brain fog)라는 증상명이 붙어 있다는 걸 최근에야 알았습니다. 주로 탈모약 부작용이라고 하던데 저는 탈모약도 안 먹는데.... 졸리고 하품나기 시작하면 무조건 머릴 땅바닥에 대고 꿀잠자고 다시 일어나 보는 수밖에 답이 없던데 항상 이게 가능한 상황은 아니라 생활에 곤란을 겪고 있습니다. 이걸로 고생한지는 한 15~20년 된 거 같네요. 제 경우는 일자목과 고지혈증, 고혈압이 원인이라 의심되어 살 빼고 교정운동을 시도하고하고 있는 중인데, 이게 빨리 답이 나오는 그런 건 아니고 아직까지는 증상이 더 나아지고 그런 건 못 느끼겠네요. 현재까지는 병원에서 명확한 진단을 받지는 못했는데 여기에 대해서 도움을 받을 수 있는 병원이나 방법이 있을까요? 의 두 가지를 의심해 보았습니다.
1은 티로신을 먹으면 머리가 맑아지는 것 같아서 그랬고, 2는 몸에 염증이 많은 편이라서 의심이 갔습니다.
그런데 국내에는 페닐케톤뇨증에는 이르지 않는 고페닐알라닌혈증 검사 받을 수 있는 곳이 많지 않습니다.

기능의학쪽에서 검사를 받아 보았는데, 1은 아니라고 하셨고 (직접 농도를 잰 것은 아니고 간접적인 대사상태를 확인한 것 같습니다), 2는 검사해 보니 부신피질 기능은 이상 없다고 나왔... 더 보기

이명난청으로 일시적으로 스테로이드를 복용하니 어지럽고 졸립던 증세가 싹 사라지더군요.
목도 영향이 있긴 한 것 같은데 어디 한방양방 협업하면서 경추교정한다는 곳에서 입 안에 넣는 교정기를 비싸게 샀는데 제 경우 효과는 미미했습니다. 나중에 사진을 찍어보니 정형외과에서는 일자목이 아니라고 하더군요.
그런데 말씀하신 내용은 브레인포그보다는 가벼운 기면증 같아 보이기도 하는데 신경과 쪽에 문의해 보시는 것도 방법이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. (네이버 카페에 기면증 환우회가 있었던 것으로 기억합니다)

이명난청으로 일시적으로 스테로이드를 복용하니 어지럽고 졸립던 증세가 싹 사라지더군요.
목도 영향이 있긴 한 것 같은데 어디 한방양방 협업하면서 경추교정한다는 곳에서 입 안에 넣는 교정기를 비싸게 샀는데 제 경우 효과는 미미했습니다. 나중에 사진을 찍어보니 정형외과에서는 일자목이 아니라고 하더군요.
그런데 말씀하신 내용은 브레인포그보다는 가벼운 기면증 같아 보이기도 하는데 신경과 쪽에 문의해 보시는 것도 방법이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. (네이버 카페에 기면증 환우회가 있었던 것으로 기억합니다)
저는 갑자기 졸림 현상과 머리가 맑지 않아 집중이 안 되는 증세가 둘 다 있습니다.
