안녕하세요, 홍차넷 유저 행복한남자입니다. [다름이 아니라 제목 그대로 심리 상담을 받고 싶은데, 어느 곳에서 받아야 하는지/구체적으로 알아보아야 할 것은 무엇인지 알고 싶습니다.] 2년 전 우울증 증세로 항우울제를 3개월 정도 복용한 적이 있습니다. 정신과 의사와 상담을 하긴 했지만, 약 떼러 갈 때마다 (1주-2주) 증세만 확인하는 정도 (5분 내외)였습니다. 괴로운 것은 떠나지 않는 불안함입니다. 겉으론 개인주의적인 말들을 하지만 어떤 조직에 들어가면 과몰입하여 필요 이상으로 시간과 노력을 바칩니다. 동시에 [나는 이 조직에 이렇게 많은 정성을 다하는데, 왜 다른 사람들은 그렇게 하지 않아?]라는 생각을 수시로 하고 다른 조직원들을 제 왜곡된 생각으로 미워하고, 풀고, 다시 미워하고, 혼자 한숨짓기를 반복합니다. 또 조직이 잘 돌아가지 않는, 혹은 그렇게 보이는 작은 신호만 보여도 흡사 지진이 난 것처럼 모든 게 불안하고 어떤 일에만 집중할 수가 없습니다. 가령, 조직의 단체톡방이 죽었다거나 누군가 톡방에서 나간다거나. 연초, 월초에 계획했던 일들이 제대로 돌아가지 않을 때 심하게 불안해합니다. 그리고 그 일들을 다 찾아서 제가 맡습니다. 그리고 또 다시 미워하지요. [왜 저들은 하지 않지?]라고요.. 문제는 얼추 나와 있고, 해답도 아는데 혼자의 힘으론 나아갈 수가 없어요. 주변엔 이런 문제를 받아줄 사람이 없고, 부모님과 여자친구도 이해해줄 것 같지 않아요. 자살 충동은 없지만. 평생 지금처럼 지지부진하게 산다고 생각하면 무섭습니다. 밤에 불을 끄면 어두운 천장을 바라보며 지금과 똑같은 30,40,50대의 제 모습이 떠올라 기어코 TV를 키고 강아지를 안고 누워야 잠이 듭니다. 즐겁고 유익한 글이 넘치는 홍차넷에 고민글을 올려 죄송합니다. 좀 도와주세요.
