의료 전문 커뮤니티(?)홍차넷을 믿고 질문드립니다. 스트레스가 너무 극심한 관계로 모든 것이 하기 싫고 현실도피에 잠만 자려고 하는 상황이 계속되고 있습니다 공격적인 상태가 늘 유지되는지라 늘 피곤하구요 일은 하나도 진행이 안되고 자기비하 및 우울감만 깊어지고 있습니다. 기억력이나 인지능력까지 저하되는 느낌이 듭니다. 심리상담센터는 꾸준히 다녀봤는데 뭔가 도움이 안되고요, 회당 8만원이라는 가격도 부담되고요. 그래서 얼마간 방치를 했더니만 이러다 뭐가 터질것같이 불안하고 힘들어서 병원엘 가봐야겠다는 생각을 하게 되었습니다. 그런데 특히 정신과같은 경우는 편차가 크다고 들어서요. 검색을 해봐도 심리검사부터 한의원까지 하도 많이 나오니 뭘 택해야 하는지도 모르겠고요, 검사와 상담, 필요한 경우 약물치료까지도 좀 받아서 최대한 빠른 시간내에 바닥에서라도 벗어나고 싶습니다, 좋은 기관이나 병원 추천 부탁드립니다. 다른 기분전환 방법에 대한 조언은... 정말로 할수있는건 다 해봤다는 말씀을 드리고 싶네요 ㅠㅠㅠ 아, 지역은 서울입니다. 작년 말 부터 우울증때문에 정신과를 5개월정도 다니면서 항우울제를 복용한적 있습니다. 진짜 심한 스트레스와, 자괴감, 불안함등 여러가지가 복합적으로 나오면서 병원에는 초기에는 3일, 7일 14일에 한번씩 가는걸로 하고 상담+항우울제 처방을 받고 4월부터 다니지 않고 있습니다.
저도 한곳만 가본거라 여기가 좋다 옳다는 잘 모르겠지만, 심리상담센터로 극복 안되신다면 가까운 정신과로 한번 가시는것도 나쁘지 않을거 같아요
제가 겪은걸로는 정신과 치료 만큼 본인 의지가 중요한게 없다로 생각되었습니다. 상담을 하면서 의사의 역활은 거의 내... 더 보기
