[세 줄 요약] 1.창업을 준비중. 아이디어 관련 수익창출경험이 있으신 개발자께서 진지하게(사업쪽으로) 프로젝트에 참여하고 싶으시다 의사표현 2.개발에 관해서 전적으로 담당해주셔야하고, 당장 봉급을 드리긴 어려운 상황(최대 월 100 3개월) 3.이러한 상황에서 어떠한 조건을 제시하여야 서로 만족할만한 결과가 나올까요? (지분쉐어링에 대해서는 열려있습니다) ========================================= 그 과정에서 저만의 BM특허를 출원하였고, 해당 BM을 활용한 차별화 된 플랫폼을 만들고자 합니다. 그렇지만 저는 이쪽에 대해서는 기술적으로 조금 아는(above average한) 수준이지만, 실제 플랫폼 개발 쪽에서는 무지한 쪽에 속합니다. 그러한 과정에서 처음에는 1인개발을 생각해보았지만, 아무래도 긴 시간이 필요하고, 효율이 떨어질 것 같아서 개발자분들을 모집하고자 했습니다. 그렇지만 개발자분들을 직원으로 모시기에는 제가 갖고있는 자본이 부족해서 그러한 자본이 허락하는 하에, 포트폴리오를 원하시는 신입개발자 혹은 지망생 분들과 프로젝트를 만들어보고자 했습니다. 프로젝트 참여에 대하여 기여도가 높은 순으로 인센티브(끽해야 월 50)를 드리고, 개발에 필요한 AWS(서버)비용이나 도서 등은 제가 지원하는 것으로요. 물론 희망하시는 분에 한해서 기여도에 따라 실제 법인설립시 지분(주식매수청구권)을 드리기로 했고요. 원하지 않는 분은 포트폴리오로 남겨가시는 걸로..플랫폼이 제대로 완성이 될지는 미지수였지만 제가 가진 자본상 한계지점이었습니다. 그렇게 모집을 시작했는데 우연히도 지원해주신 분 중 프론트(개발은 크게 프론트/백엔드 두 분야로 나뉩니다)로 지원해주신 분께서 실제 관련 플랫폼을 지인들과 만들어보신 경험이 있으셨고, 수익을 창출해본 경험이 있으셔서 제 아이템에 대해서 진지하게 참여의사를 밝히시더라고요. 구체적인 조건은 아직 협의된게 없습니다. 이번 주말에 대화를 나누기로 하였습니다. 이러한 상황에서, 원래는 제가 개발에 참여하고자 했지만 아무래도 개발뉴비인 제가 개발쪽으로 힘을 보태는 것 보다는 개발 외적인 부분(기획.디자인.아티스트 섭외.경영.투자유치 등)으로 기여하는게 나을 것 같다는 판단 하에 진행하려고 하는데 그렇게 되면 시제품 개발은 그 지원해주신 분이 전적으로 담당해주시고, 저는 서포트하고 필요시 추가 인원을 지원해줘야 할 것 같은데 정확한 매출발생시점을 예측하기 어려운 상황에서, 개발을 담당해주셔야 하는 상황. 이러한 상황에서 어떠한 조건을 제시해야할까요? 저는 지분을 나누는 데에는 찬성하는 바이고, 당장 봉급을 드리기 어려운 부분 (지원해드린다면 100만원 3개월정도..)을 고려하면.... 그 분께서는 당장의 봉급지급이 어려운 부분을 이해하신 것 같고, 그러한 봉급보다는 미래창출수익에 더 관심이 있어 보이셨습니다. (지분 혹은 수익배분 등을 언급하신걸로 보아) 물론 co-founder 급 대우를 원하시는지 아니면 개발기여도에 대한 부분을 보상받고 싶으신건지는 확실하지 않습니다.(다만 제가 대표라는걸 인지하고 계시고 스타트업에서 일하고 계셔서인지 후자에 가깝다는 생각은 듭니다.) 어떠한 조건을 제시해야 좋을까요? 주말에 대화를 나누기전에 미리 예상해보고 싶어서 질문을 올리게 되었습니다. 제 생각은 좀 더 구체적인 조건(그분의 포트폴리오.개발에 쓰실 시간.팀원구성.)을 이야기해보고 시제품개발 단계까지는 최저시급보다 조금 더 높은 수준의 급여(성의표시...)를 드리고, 법인설립시점에서 지분 0~10%내외를 드리고자 합니다. 시,도 지자체 +정부 부처 + 중소기업청(smtech) + 공공기관연구소, 대학 등등
에서 지원하는 창업지원 사업을 하면 지원금을 인건비로 써 먹을 수 있는데
문제는 지금이 9월 30일 이라는 것!!!
