안녕하세요 IT업계 종사자의 생각과 삶을 이해하고 싶은 공무원입니다. 유튜브 판교뚜벅초 채널을 보다가 궁금한 점이 생겨서 글을 올려봅니다. 무플이 두렵네요. 간단한 내용이라도 댓글 남겨주시면 큰 도움이 됩니다. 먼저 간략히 자기소개를 하자면... 나이 : 30대 초반 전공 : 수학/경제학 세종시 근무 4년차 전공과 전혀 관계없는 부서(분야) 주로 하는 일 : 기획업무인데 IT업계의 기획과는 성격이 다를듯 하네요 세종시는 공공기관 이전으로 인해 만들어진 도시입니다. 지리적 특성에 의해 주변에 워낙 공무원들이 많습니다. 공무원의 삶, 생활하는 방식 등은 어느정도 이해하고 있습니다. 민간 기업에서 종사하시는 분들의 삶에서 괴리되는 것 같아 괴로운 심정입니다. 특히 IT업계에 대해 관심이 많습니다. 블라인드에서 카카오 종사자분의 1주일 중단 이야기를 사례로 들 수 있겠네요. 저는 일부분 공감하는 면이 있습니다. 공공서비스의 영역에 IT기업이 많이 들어오고 있고, 향후 더 들어올 것이라고 생각합니다. 유튜브나 이런 사이트를 통해서 수박 겉핥기식으로 봐왔지만... 궁금한 점이 몇가지 있습니다. 간단한 내용이라도 댓글 부탁드리려고 합니다. 1. 공무원에 대해 어떻게 생각하는가? - 공무원 하면 어떤 이미지를 가지고 있는지? 고용안정성(철밥통) 6시 칼퇴한다 등등 - 대학친구 등 친인척을 제외한 사람 중 공무원이 있는지? 있다면 그분은 어떤 일을 하는지? 2. 정부 관련 프로젝트를 해보셨는지? - 그때 일했던 공무원들은 어떤 사람들이었는지? 사기업 직장인 또는 IT종사자들과 어떤점이 다르다고 느끼는지? 3. 일하시는 기업에 엔지니어 비중이 어느 정도인지? - 비엔지니어가 있다면 소통은 잘 되는지? 엔지니어와 소통하길 바라는 비엔지니어에게 해줄만한 조언은? 4. 그외 궁금하신 점이 있다면 뭐든 남겨주시길 부탁드립니다. - 어떤 점을 궁금해 하실지도 궁금합니다. 개발자는 아니고 웹기획자로 정부프로젝트를 3번정도 진행하면서 느낀점은
전문성이나 프로젝트 이해도는 가장 낮고, 일정이나 업무진행에 있어서는 가장 고압적으로 갑의 모습을 강하게 보여주는 집단이였다는 점입니다.
공무원분들도 고생하시는 월급쟁이지만 프로젝트를 진행했던 공무원분들은 왜 저럴까..싶을 정도로 심한 모습을 많이 봤어요.
그 몇번 이후로는 공공기관, 정부 프로젝트쪽으로는 절대 하지 않고 있습니다.
물론 이건 케바케이고 제 개인적인 경험일 뿐이지만 주변 분들과 이야기를 해봐도 비슷한 의견들이 있었습니다.

업무 진행을 할때는 통보가 아닌 협의를 해달라.
저 두가지만 잘 해주셔도 프로젝트를 진행하는 입장에서는 훨씬 숨통 트일거라 생각합니다.
