안녕하세요 웹 서비스 개발자 입니다. 회사 관련해서 고민이 있어 선배님들의 고견 여쭙니다. 이직을 앞두고 회사를 결정하는 눈이 모자라서 어떤 회사가 주니어 개발자로서 가장 도움이 될 지 고민을 올립니다. 1,2,3번의 연봉 순서는 2>1>3이고 각 차이는 연 500만원 정도입니다. 제가 갖고 있는 우선순위는 개발자로서 기술력의 성장과 경험이 가능한 곳, 그 다음이 연봉, 출퇴근거리, 복지 등입니다. 1. 규모가 큰 회사, 사업적 비전은 불투명하지만 경영 위기상황은 아님. B2B/B2C 서비스 모두 운영 개발팀 외의 팀들은 잡플래닛/크레딧잡 등에서 악평이 자자. 코스닥 상장중. 줄퇴사 및 관리직 문제가 지적되고 있음. 그러나 공통적으로 개발팀은 괜찮다는 평이 존재. 리드 개발자 및 CTO의 역량이 관련 언어 분야에서 나름 오랜 경험과 발전적인 자세를 유지하는 듯. 트래픽이 많은 서비스는 아니지만 다양한 실무 기술들 경험 가능. 연봉은 만족스러움. 출퇴근 집에서 환승없이 30분. 현금성 복지는 별로 없고 연간 상여 제도 존재. 2. 규모가 중간인 회사, 사업적 비전은 매우 높게 평가. 1,2년 내 상장가능성을 의심하지 않음. 관련 마켓에서 1등. B2C 서비스가 핵심. 지주회사의 자본력이 몹시 큼. 몹시 확장적이며 그에 따른 업무강도로 전반적인 악평 및 다수 퇴사자 존재. 그러나 그만큼 많은 인재 채용중. 연봉은 질문자가 고른 회사들 중 가장 많이 주는 편. 개발팀 역량 및 자세는 인터뷰를 통해 충분히 좋게 느껴짐. 그러나 업무강도가 높고 퍼포먼스를 빨리 못 보여주면 적응하기 상당히 어려울 가능성 있음. 화기애애하게 협력하는 느낌은 아님. 대신 일을 잘 하면 그만큼 인정받는 분위기. 출퇴근 집에서 환승없이 40분. 다양한 교육비 및 자기계발 비용 지원 복지. 연차 무제한. 상여 존재. 3. 규모가 작은 스타트업. 사업적 비전은 좋은 편, 그러나 단기에 다음 스텝의 투자나 상장을 노릴 수는 없음. B2C 서비스가 핵심 최근 확장을 시도하고 있으며 전/현직원들의 평가는 너무 좋아서 어리둥절할 정도. 문화와 분위기는 이상적인 직장처럼 보임. 자사 서비스를 직접 일군 개발팀, 외부에서 역량이 뛰어나기로 유명한 인재도 영입. 개발 문화 몹시 좋기로 소문났고 타 직군들과도 매우 끈끈한 편. 성장중인 건강한 기업. 대표 역시 몹시 좋은 평가를 받는 듯. 그러나 너무 강력한 시장 경쟁자들이 많고, 대표나 경영진의 자본력이 없는 것은 한계. 연봉은 가장 낮은 편, 그러나 사업이 성장중이라 다양한 기술적 챌린지 경험 가능. 트래픽 자체는 계속 늘어나고 있음. 출퇴근 집에서 환승있고 1시간 10분. 교육비 및 자기계발 비용 일부 지원. 상여는 정기적으로 정해지진 않았으나 경영정보를 투명하게 공개하여 이익을 공정하게 분배하려 노력한다는 평가 존재. 다음에 이직을 한다면 약2,3년뒤인 5~7년차 정도 경력때 도전할 생각인데 3개 회사중에 어떤 곳이 괜찮아 보이시는지 만약 질문 봐주시는 분이 주니어 개발자라면 어떤 회사를 고르게 될 것인지 조언 주시면 감사히 참고하겠습니다.
