안녕하세요 저는 대학을 다니다가 휴학하고 잠깐 쉬고 있는 학생인데요. 최근에 예전부터 가지고 있던 지병 증상들이 꽤 심해져서 질문글을 올려봅니다 하하... 원래부터 제가 정신장애를 가지고 있어서 스트레스도 많이 받고 수면리듬도 매우 불규칙한데다가 체중도 꽤 많이 나가서 아픈 곳이 많았는데요. 요즘에는, 그냥 넘어가려고 해도 아팠던 곳들이 증상이 더 심해져서 검사를 받아야 할 것 같습니다. 그런데 만성적인 통증을 겪고 있는 부위가 여러 곳이라 순서대로 여쭤보면 1. 전립선 한 2년 전부터, 전립선이 무겁고 꽉 쥐어져있는 듯한 느낌이 들면서 잔뇨감이 심했고 때로는 심한 불편감이 느껴지기는 했습니다. 그런데 그때가, 정신적 증상이 심할 때여서 그냥 스트레스 때문인가보다 넘어갔는데 최근에도 증상이 계속 반복해서 나타나는 것 같습니다. 전립선 경우에는 완치도 힘들고, 어렵다는데 어떻게 해야될지 걱정이네요... 동네 의원에 갔을 때는 전립선염 검사를 했더니, 전립선염은 아니라고 동네 장비 좋은 병원가서 초음파검사 제대로 받아보라는데 그럼 나을 수 있을까요...? 2. 소화 불량 및 배변 장애 지난 한 달을 생각해보면, 소화가 잘 된다고 생각되었던 적이 없고 트름이나 가스 같은 딸꾹질이 자주 올라오고 배가 아팠던 적이 많은 것 같네요. 밥 먹는 습관이 불규칙적이기는 한데, 어떤 메뉴를 먹든 속이 불편한게 지속되고 설사를 할 때가 많아서 화장실에 달려갈 때가 많았던 것 같습니다. 그래서 어디 잠깐 외출만 하더라도, 화장실을 급하게 달려간 적이 많은 것 같습니다... 3. 만성피로 + 간 문제 2년 전 신검때 지방간염 판정을 받고, 운동 + 우루사 복용으로 간 수치가 정상으로 떨어지기는 했는데 최근에 검사를 받아본 적이 없어서 다시 받아보아야 할 것 같습니다. 사실 예전보다 운동은 꾸준히 하고 있어서, 예전처럼 수치가 높게 나올 것 같지는 않지만 제가 제일 괴로운게 바로 만성피로 때문인데... 정말 쓰러질 것 같이 극심한 피로가 자주 몰려오고, 항상 피로가 풀린다고 느낀 적이 없습니다. 사실 수면장애 때문인 것도 같지만, 수면 시간 자체가 예를 들어 일주일을 기준으로 잡는 다고 했을때 정상치보다 적지는 않고 또 수면치료제가 부작용이 있다고 해서 현재 다니는 병원에서 의사 선생님이 처방해주고 있으시지는 않은데요... 하여간 정말 피로가 간 때문이라고 해야할지, 맨날 피곤하고 졸리고 하니까... 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠네요. 사실 이러한 문제들 말고, 딱히 엄청 아프거나 한 적도 없고 감기나 몸살에 쉽게 걸리지도 않는데 제가 겪고 있는 증상들이 제 정신적 문제(?)와 연결되는데다가 치료도 불분명한 질병들이라 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠습니다. 물론 병원을 가 볼 생각이기는 한데, 수중에 돈이 별로 없어서... 알바비가 들어오면 다음주나 다다음주에 가볼려구요. 조언해주시면 감사하겠습니다...
