안녕하세요, 사회생활 선배님들께 질문드립니다. 이전에도 익명으로 글을 올렸는데 많은 선배님들의 답변에 큰 도움이 되어 이번에도 조언 구하고자 올려봅니다. 힘겨웠고 결국 날려버린 10여년을 끝으로 정말 원하던 직장에 제가 생각하기로는 천운으로 붙어서 다니고 있습니다. 부족해도 성실함으로 메우려고 하고 배우려는 자세와 어떤 업무든 나서서 맡으려고 하는 적극성을 제 소극적인 성격과 업무에 대한 걱정들을 누르면서 발휘하다 보니, 윗분들에게나 팀원 분들에게 괜찮은 이미지를 주고 있다는 얘기를 가끔 듣기도 합니다. 다만, 겉으로는 티를 안 내도 매일매일 너무 스트레스를 받으면서 살고 있습니다. ㅠㅠ 너무 원하던 곳이지만 준비가 된 상태로 온 게 아닌 정말 천운으로 들어왔다는 생각에 스스로에 대한 불신이 과도하게 있는 상태라 위축되고 눈치를 보는.. 실제로 제가 있는 팀은 소수 정예지만 다들 경력도 많으시고 일도 엄청 잘하셔서 신입이라 못하는 게 당연해도 더 눈치 보이고 다들 저를 하나하나 평가하고 계시다는 느낌이 듭니다 ㅠㅠ 뽑을 이유가 있어서 뽑으셨다고 하지만.. 실수 하나에 멘탈이 내핵까지 무너지고 아주 작은 칭찬 하나에도 엄청나게 감동 받는.. 그런 신입 생활을 하고 있습니다. 다만 이런 스트레스 때문에 쉴 때도 제대로 못 쉬고 퇴근 후 자기계발 공부를 할 때에도 늘 지쳐있을 정도로 힘든 상태입니다. 더군다나 신입이라 계약직으로 들어왔고, 정규직 전환이나 계약 연장을 꼭 하고 싶은 마음이 커서 더욱 힘든 것 같습니다.. 정말 오래 다니고 싶거든요 ㅠㅠ 입사 이후 재택근무가 잦았는데 그래도 팀원 분들이나 윗분들이 신입인 저의 존재를 까먹으실까봐 대부분 출근하다 최근 너무 심해진 코로나 때문에 재택하니까 집에 있는 매순간이 불안하네요.. ㅠㅠ 친한 친구들에게 현재 맡고 있는 업무나 상황들을 자세히 얘기해주면 이미 연장이나 정규직 된 수준이니까 걱정 말라고는 해주는데.. 그래도 시간이 갈수록 편해지긴커녕 오히려 더 힘들어지네요.. 주말에도 공부하거나 쉬어야 하는데 특별한 스트레스 거리가 없어도 항상 짓눌린 상태로 있어서 뭘하든 제대로 하는 것 같지가 않습니다 흑흑 첫 사회생활이다보니 원래 이런 것일까요?.. 이런 상황에서 선배님들은 어떻게 버티시고, 또 헤쳐나가셨나요? 현명하신 답변들 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
