인터넷 연결(라우터 등)에 문제가 있을 수 있고(;라우터가 문제인 경우 라우터 리셋을 한 번 해보세요. 메모리나 여타 기본 성능이 부족한 라우터의 경우 토렌트 등 설정에 따라 컨넥션이 과도하다든지 하면 문제가 생기는 경우가 있습니다.)
다른 요인들도 많을 것 같지만, 정확한 상황을 몰라서 일단은 생각나는 것들입니다.
크롬은 최신 버전으로 업데이트하셨죠?
참고로 크롬 브라우저에서 Shift + ESC 하시면 크롬 작업관리자가 뜨는데, 그걸 보면서 다운로드를 한 번 해보세요.
메모리나 CPU 사용량 등을 확인할 수 있습니다.
아니면, Ctl+Alt+Del 하셔서 컴퓨터 전체 작업관리자를 확인하실 수도 있습니다만.
기본적으로 컴퓨터 리소스가 모자라도 그런 현상이 나타날 수는 있습니다.
