안녕하세요~ 회훤님들. 전 1인 개인사업자입니다. 매출액도 낮고... 여러 사정 상 그만둘 수 없어 근근히 연명하는 처지입니다. 눈물.. 세무 관련 업무가 어렵기도 하고 혼자서 주업무 외에 세무관련 업무를 병행하기도 버거워서 다달이 기장료를 드리며 업무를 맡기고 있는데요, 예전에는 (제가 느끼기에) 친절하고 제 질문에 설명도 잘 해 주시고 만족했었습니다. 그런데 언제부턴가 담당하시는 분이 다른 곳으로 이직하셔서 새로운 분이 맡아주시는데 좀 불만족이라 고민이네요. 일단은 전 관련 지식이 부족한 상태여서 질문에 대한 피드백은 메일로 요청을 하는데 (아주 간단한 거 제외) 매번 전화로 설명을 합니다. 관련 지식이 부족한 상태에서 설명을 해주면 알아듣기도 어렵고 제가 메모를 해서 전화 끊고 검색하면서 이해 하는 상태인데 이게 너무 힘들어 몇번이나 구두로, 메일로 이러이러하니 메일로 답변 바란다고 해도 전화입니다...ㅎ 전화오는거 제가 받기 어려울때도 있고 스트레스가 큰데 그냥 담당하시는 분 개인 성향이라 그런가요? 그리고 얼마전 종소세 업무 때문에 정산을 해주셨는데 이전에는 종소세신고 때 경비지출 항목이나 매입매출장 등 관련 자료를 주셨는데 이번에는 신고서만 보내셨더라고요. 제가 이러이러한 경비 지출건 적용된거냐고 물어도 대답이 확실하거나 이해되지 않는 전화대답만 오고 사실 좀 신뢰가 안갑니다 ㅜㅜ 신고서 같은거 봐도 제대로 적용이 안된 것 같은 의심만 드는데요 원래 이런건가요;; 실은 제가 개인사업자 치고는 소득도 낮고 그래서 월 기장료도 저렴하게 해주는 것 같거든요. 근데 주변 개인사업자들 월 기장료랑 비교하면 비슷비슷합니다. 물론 종소세 신고 수수료는 드리고요. 월 기장료도 낮고 하니 조금 소흘한가 생각도 되고 요즘은 차라리 이렇게 스트레스 받을바에는 주변에 좀 알아봐서 기장료를 올리더라도 다른곳에 맡겨야 하나 고민입니다. 이 사무실하고는 9년 정도 하고 있는 중입니다. 제가 어떤 부분에서 잘못 생각하고 있는 게 있을까요? 익명으로 한 이유는 제 닉네임과 내용이 세무사 사무실에서 알아볼 내용이 있어서 했습니다~ 양해 부탁드립니다.
