정확한 상황은 알 수 없지만, 제가 볼 때는 와이파이나 클라이언트 엔드 마일 쪽 문제라기보다는 손을 쓰실 수 없는 윗단의 문제일 가능성이 높을 것 같습니다.
캠퍼스에서 해외 인터넷 연결시 쓰는 망과 집에서 쓰는 ISP가 해외연결할 때 쓰는 망이나 서비스가 달라서일 것 같은 느낌적인 느낌입니다.
우리나라로 보자면, 해외망 쓸 때 KT와 SK, LG 등이 지금은 덜 차이나지만, 예전에 차이 많이 나던 것과 비슷하달까요?
