하아... 예전에도 비슷한 질문 글을 올린 적이 있었는데, 도저히 해결 방법이 없을까 해서 다시 질문 남깁니다. 20세대가 사는 빌라에 살고 있는데 옆집에 어떤 아줌마가 이사 왔습니다. 이사 온 지 몇 달 안 되고 부터 이상 증상을 보이더라구요. 전형적인 조현병 증상 같습니다. 자기 집안에서든 빌라 복도에서든 바로 앞 골목길에서든 소리를 지르고 다닙니다. 뭐 자기가 도청을 당하고 있다던지, 외계인이 감시를 한다든지 말도 안되는 헛소리를 큰 소리로 고래고래 지르고 다니네요. 예전에 한 번은 다음날 새벽 5시에 일어나야 되는 상황인데 밤 12시에 저러고 있길래 경찰에 신고 한 적도 있었습니다. 그리고 요새 제가 계속 재택 근무를 하느냐 집에 있는데, 낮에도 엄청 심각하더라고요. 거의 매일 그러고 한번 하면 10 ~ 30분 정도를 헛소리를 지르고 다닙니다. 제가 집에서 하는 업무 중에 절반 이상이 업체 담당자와 통화인데, 상대편 통화 넘어까지 소리 지르는 소리가 들리다 보니 무슨 일이냐는 말까지 듣습니다;; 업무에도 너무 방해되고 스트레스도 심하게 받네요ㅠ 지난 번에 낮에도 경찰에 또 신고한 적이 있는데, 경찰은 출동해서 조용히 해 달라고 주의만 주고 다른 아무런 조치도 안 합니다. 제가 2번이나 신고했던 이력 때문에 경찰이 저한테 전화해서는 옆집 아줌마가 조현병 증상이 확실해 보이지만 실질적인 가해를 가한 적이 없고, 친족이 요청한 내용도 없어서 정신병원 같은 곳에 보낼 수는 없답니다. 솔직히 저는 저렇게 소리 지르고 다니다가 누군가에게 직접적인 피해를 줘야지만 조치를 할 수 있다는 게 너무나도 마음에 들지 않습니다. 뭔가 피해자가 생겨야 강력한 조치를 하고, 그전에는 그 어떤 예방도 하지 않겠다는거 같아서요. 그런데 매번 소음 적인 부분, 정신적인 부분에 대해 제가 피해를 입고 있는데ㅠㅠ 저는 홀몸도 아니기 때문에 혹여나 하는 마음으로 직접 상대한 적은 한 번도 없습니다. (괜히 나중에 저나 제 가족에게 헤꼬지 할까봐;;) 이런 상황에서 그냥 참고 무시하는거 밖에 답이 없는걸까요?? 그냥 참고만 살기에는 너무 신경이 쓰이고 방해가 됩니다. 당연히 이사를 가는 가장 좋은 방법이 있지만... 현실적으로 1년 이내에 이사는 불가능한 상황입니다ㅠㅠ 현명한 해결책이나 조언 부탁 드립니다. 감사합니다.
