안녕하세요? 너무 고민이 심해서 이렇게 여쭤봅니다. 그간은 아무것도 신경안썼는데(집에굴러다니는거 바디로션 벅벅바르고 다님) 이제 최근 선도 보려고 하고해서 화장도 해야하고 하니 정말 신경이 쓰이네요. 고등학교때는 굵고 붉은 여드름이 뺨에 많이 났었다가 대학교 가서 대충 없어졌는데 그것만 없어져도 되게 감사하면서 살았거든요 근데 지금 겉으로 보기에는 어두운데서 보면 잘 모르는데 밝은데서 보면 오돌도돌하게 으...파충류 이구아나껍질? 같은 아주 작은 느낌으로 막 수없이 모래같은 요철이 있어요... 사진은 혐이라 진짜 못올리겠어요. ㅠㅠ 뭐가 들어있지도 않고 해서 딱히 짤수는 없는? 분명 어릴때는 이런건 없었던것같은데... 화장을 할수는 있어요. 겉으로 보기에 딱 붉은 왕여드름은 없어서... 근데 빛에 나가거나 조명받는게 너무 창피할정도로 미세하고 작은 오돌도돌한게 이마 뺨에 많아요. 그래서 취업하면 피부과가야지...하고 미뤘는데 아..취업전에 가야하는거였.... 지금 제가 한 노력은 aha bha 성분있는걸로 클렌징하고 바르고 화장하면 오일클렌징하고 롤링하고 물로 롤링하고 그러니까 아..없어졌던 굵은 왕여드름이 생기더라고요....클렌징밀크도 더 심해지 ㅠㅠ 속칭 좁쌀여드름이 굵은여드름되어버림...ㅠㅠ 노력하면 그래요 ㅠㅠ 피부과 가고싶은데.....최근 부작용사례 그런거 보니까 겁나고 .. 좀 알고가야할것같아서요 ㅠㅠ비용은얼마정도 들지...뭘 하게될지... 일하는데가 너무 남초고 친한 동생한테 물어보니까 걔는 그냥 암거나 바른다고 ㅠㅠ 잘 모르겠다하더라고요. (진짜 모태피부 ㅠㅠ) 지금 쓰는건 라운드어라운드 폼클렌징// 라운드어라운드 오일클렌징 3일에한번씨엔피필링바하성분클렌저(차앤박거) 차앤박 인비져블 필링부스터 (매일) 한율어린쑥수분진정토너 한율어린쑥진정에센스 한율어린쑥수분진정플루이드 다음에 한율어린쑥수분크림 이었는데 이때는 그냥 좁쌀만 있었어요 근데 한율 어린쑥 수분크림이 건조한가 싶어서 올리브영가서 라로슈포제 시카밤이 피부진정에 좋다고 써있어서 발랐더니 왕여드름이 솟아났 ㅠㅠ(좀 기름져요) 수분공급은 좀 되는것같았는데... (여드름 안나게하려고 진짜 스킨로션만 발랐더니 어휴 주름이...ㅠㅠ 라로슈포제 바르니 주름개선은 되는듯! 근데 여드름이 ㅠㅠ) 그뒤엔 에스쁘아 썬크림이랑 로하셀 쿠션 치고 다녀요. (코로나때매 거의 썬크림이랑 쿠션도 안하고 다녔....어요..이제 해야 ㅠㅠ...) 노력한다고 해도 어째 더 안좋아지기만 하고 ㅠㅠ 아 윗화장품들 중 몇개는 피부좋은애한테 추천받았어요. 화장품 안티나 그런건 아닙니다 ㅠ 제문제지요 ㅠ 피부과간대도 기초는 제가 찾아봐야하는것같아요. 근데 어떤게 좁쌀에 좋을까요? 집에서 홈케어로 어째 좋은 기초 찾아 발라보고싶은데... 아주 기름 줄줄흐르는 지성은 아니고 건조하지도 않고 피부성향은 보통의 수분부족형 아주약간지성? 정도인듯해요. 때르메스랑 때비누로 얼굴각질을 좀 밀어볼까요? 피부과가면 보통 어느정도를 권장하실지... 맞는 기초제품같은거 추천해주실까요? 다들 구체적 제품이름은 말안하시고 아하 바하 성분 클렌징을 이용해라...하시는데 저는 그게 첨에 제품이름인줄알았 ㅠㅠ 진짜 죄송하지만 제가 갖고있는 화장품들에서 구성 문제점이 있다면 더 빼거나 넣을거 추천 부탁드려요. 혹시 이런거 뭐 기초 쓰면 될지 상담해주고 그런 피부과 있...을까요 ㅠㅠ 피부과 선생님이 고쳐주셔도 집에꺼 바르고 그러면 계속 이상태일것같은데... 자꾸 찾아다닐수록 좁쌀이 왕여드름되고 그러니 자신감도 더 없어집니다 ㅠ 그리고 좁쌀있거나 극복하신 여성분, 혹은 좁쌀극복한분이 쓰신 제품 아시면 추천 부탁드려요! 감사합니다. ㅠㅠ 피부고와지면 셋째가겠습니다...
