공매차량 한달전에 나온게 낙찰은 23백만원에 되고, 전 세번째 가격이라 접었던 차량이 있습니다. 그런데 이번에 다시 검색하다 보니 그 차량이 2개월 뒤로 다시 같은 최저입찰가로 올라와있고, 예전 낙찰된 분든 잔금 미납으로 나와있네요. 보증금이 10% 니까 최소 2백만원은 손해보고 포기하셨단 소리거든요. 분명 2천만원이나 투자하실 분이면 가서 운전은 못해보더라도, 차량 외관은 충분히 보시고 최소한의 확인은 하셨을텐데 (차량은 2~3개월 전부터 볼 수 있었습니다) 2백만원의 손해를 보고도 포기할 하자가 무엇 있을까요? 보험이력은 자차 1회 차량 구입가대비 2%도 안되는 건 하나가 전부고, 감정평가서에도 외관에 작은 손상 정도만 기재되어 있습니다. 다시 입찰할 마음은 싹 사라졌고, 혹시 제가 걸렸다면 어쩔뻔 했나 하는 심정에 여쭤봅니다. 새로 올라온 공고에도 추가 기재사항 하나 없고, 공매담당자도 차량에 대해선 아는 정보가 없습니다. 주행상 문제 밖에 추측되는게 없는데, 이런 부분에서 큰 하자가 있다면 감정평가표에 언급되야 하는거 아닌가요? 나름 국가가 파는거라 보증된건줄 알았는데 몇달을 기다렸다가 낙찰됐는데도 포기할 만한 하자가 숨어있다니 상상이 안갑니다. 혹시 경매 하다보면 이렇게 단순 변심으로 높은 가격에 입찰했다가 보증금 손해보고 접는 경우가 종종 있나요?
