구치소가 김성태 등의 출정내역 제출을 거부하자 재판부는 그대로 확인없이 이화영에 중형을 선고하였습니다. (6월 7일)
그 직후 검찰은 이 선고를 발판으로 이재명, 이화영을 대북송금 제3자 뇌물로 추가기소하였는데 (6월 12일)
그 재판부가 또 이 재판부입니다. 자동배당이었다고 합니다.
그리고 며칠뒤 검찰은 이화영의 또다른 뇌물 혐의에 대해 추가기소했는데

이재명은 대북송금 재판에 임하며 여러 건의 재판을 동시에 진행하는 어려움, 피고인으로서의 양형상 불이익 등을 이유로
수원지법이 아닌 서울중앙지법에서 재판을 받게 해달라고 병합 및 재배당신청을 하였는데 결국 대법원까지 가서 기각당했습니다.
한편 그 재판의 공판준비기일에서 공범으로 기소된 이화영 측은
이미 같은 사실관계를 공유하는 사건에 대해 같은 재판부로부터 유죄 판단을 받은 바 있으니
유죄심증이 있는 재판부로부터 공정한 재판을 받지 못할 염려가 있다며 다시 기피신청을 하였는데
이 재판부는 이화영 측에 대해서만 기피신청절차를 받아들여 재판진행을 중단하고
이재명 등에 대해서는 그대로 심리를 이어가겠다는 예상 밖의 이례적 결정을 내립니다.

이번에 법인카드 유용 문제로 추가 기소되어 배당받은 재판부가 수원지법 형사합의 11부(재판장 신진우 부장판사)인데
이 재판부는 이화영 전 경기부지사의 쌍방울 대북송금 사건 1심에서 중형을 내렸던 그 재판부입니다.
작년에 이 재판부의 재판 진행이 편파적이라며 이화영 측으로부터 문제 제기가 있었고
기피신청까지 했지만 대법원까지 가서 최종 기각당한 바 있습니다.
그 이후 이화영 측이 연어 술자리를 폭로하고 쌍방울 김성태 등의 진술세미나 의혹을 제기하며
구치소 출정내역을 확인하자고 재판부에 요청하여 받아들여졌지만
구치소가 김성태 등의 출정내역 제출을 거부하자 재판부는 그대로 확인없이 이화영에 중형을 선고하였습니다. (6월 7일)
그 직후 검찰은 이 선고를 발판으로 이재명, 이화영을 대북송금 제3자 뇌물로 추가기소하였는데 (6월 12일)
그 재판부가 또 이 재판부입니다. 자동배당이었다고 합니다.
그리고 며칠뒤 검찰은 이화영의 또다른 뇌물 혐의에 대해 추가기소했는데

이재명은 대북송금 재판에 임하며 여러 건의 재판을 동시에 진행하는 어려움, 피고인으로서의 양형상 불이익 등을 이유로
수원지법이 아닌 서울중앙지법에서 재판을 받게 해달라고 병합 및 재배당신청을 하였는데 결국 대법원까지 가서 기각당했습니다.
한편 그 재판의 공판준비기일에서 공범으로 기소된 이화영 측은
이미 같은 사실관계를 공유하는 사건에 대해 같은 재판부로부터 유죄 판단을 받은 바 있으니
유죄심증이 있는 재판부로부터 공정한 재판을 받지 못할 염려가 있다며 다시 기피신청을 하였는데
이 재판부는 이화영 측에 대해서만 기피신청절차를 받아들여 재판진행을 중단하고
이재명 등에 대해서는 그대로 심리를 이어가겠다는 예상 밖의 이례적 결정을 내립니다.
다시 며칠전 검찰에서 이재명의 법카 유용건으로 수원지법에 추가로 기소했는데
그 재판부가 또 이 재판부입니다. 자동배당이었다고 합니다.
재판장인 신진우 부장판사는 올해가 수원지법 3년차인데
이재명으로서는 재판지연이라는 공격을 받을 여지가 있음에도
재판장인 신진우 부장판사와의 악연을 당연히 피하고 싶을 겁니다.
