http://www.global-autonews.com/bbs/board.php?bo_table=bd_027&wr_id=155 ///최근 유럽연합은 EU 그린딜 정책에서 2035년부터 내연 기관을 퇴출시키되e-퓨얼을 사용하는 경우는 예외적으로 내연 기관 자동차를 유럽 내에서 신규 등록을 허용하기로 했다. 이것을 두고 내연 기관의 생명 연장이라는 관점에서 기사와 논의가 주로 전개되는 것을 본다. 특히 유럽 내에서 고성능 자동차 시장의 강자인 독일과 이탈리아가 e-퓨얼의 탄소중립 인정을 강력하게 주장한다는 점이 이런 관점을 뒷받침하는 것으로 보여질 수 있는 부분이다. 역시 내연기관의 존속 혹은 연명의 관점에서 보고 있는 것이다. 그러나 내 생각은 조금 다르다. 단기적으로는 내연 기관의 수명 연장으로 보일 수 있겠지만 중장기적으로는 수소 생태계의 확장으로 이어질 것이라는 것이 내 의견이다. 그 이유는 수소와 e-퓨얼은 중요한 공통점을 갖고 있으며 동시에 상호 보완적이기 때문이다. 공통점은 크게 두 가지로 생각할 수 있다. 첫번째는 수소와 e-퓨얼 모두 전기 에너지를 화학적으로 저장하는 화학적 ESS(에너지 저장 장치)인 수소를 기반으로 한다는 점이다. 두번째는 배터리에 비하여 훨씬 가볍다는 운용상의 장점이다./// 우연히 포털에 떠 있어 클릭하게 되었는데 흥미로운 점이 있어 퍼왔읍니다. 내연기관 업계의 생명 연장을 위한 꼼수라고 볼 수도 있지만, 재생에너지 활용성을 늘리고 수소생태계의 확장에 있어 징검다리 역할도 할 수 있다는 이야기 아무튼 이런 걸 다양하게 생각해보는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 진짜 재생에너지 확대는 계속 외면하고 있을 문제가 아니라서...
