http://www.rapportian.com/news/articleView.html?idxno=104091 당연히 예상된 결과 중 하나입니다. 현재 한국 의료기관에서 닥터 왓슨의 도입은 홍보효과로 도입한 목적이 가장 큽니다. 길병원은 원래 여기 (홍보 및 광고) 에 특화되어 있는 병원이고, 지방 병원 등도 서울 빅5에 환자를 빨리지 않기 위한 자구책의 의미가 큽니다. 생각보다 도입 단가가 안높게 매겨진거 같기도 합니다. 현재 빅5에선 도입을 고려하는 데가 없고, 아마 대부분 자체 AI를 개발할려고 국가과제 수주 중일겁니다. 삼성이나 아산은 SDS/삼성종기원이나 현중 쪽이 붙기도 하겠죠. 미국에서도 유수 암센터 중 하나인 MD 앤더슨이 왓슨과의 협업을 포기하였습니다. 정확한 이유는 모르지만 MD 앤더슨에서 데이터 뽑아서 IBM만 좋은일 시켜주는게 아니냐 하는 이야기가 많았고 신빙성 높게 여겨지고 있습니다. 한국에서도 이 왓슨 도입이 결국 한국 환자군의 특성만 미국에 알려줘서 남 좋은일만 시킨다는 음모론에 가깝지만 가능성 높은 추론이 많이 있어요. 지도 반출도 엄격하고, 환자 데이터를 가공하는 것도 엄격한 한국 규제의 사각을 잘 찌른거 같기도 합니다. 결국 머신러닝/빅데이터는 잘 정리된 데이터가 결과물의 퀄러티에 결정적이라는 점에서 앞으로도 국내에선 자체 개발로 갈 것 같습니다. 이 와중에 애플에서 사파리가 유저들 정보를 웹사이트에서 빼가는걸 막는다니 이 친구들 싸움도 장난 아니다 싶네요.
