리스크프리미엄의 경우 실제 조달금리를 잘 반영하는 예금·은행채 혼합, 코픽스 등의 지표를 활용하기로 했다. 리스크프리미엄은 조달금리와 대출 기준금리 차이로 조달금리가 과다 산정되면 리스크프리미엄이 확대될 수 있다. 자본비용 산정시엔 경영계획상 목표 자기자본이익률(ROE) 또는 최근 실제 ROE 등 합리적 근거가 있는 수치를 기준으로 하도록 정비할 방침이다.
예금금리 산정체계도 재정비된다. 현재 예금금리는 기본금리와 우대금리를 더한 체계로 운영되며, 기본금리는 시장금리(은행채 1년 등) 및 기타비용 등을 고려해 산정하고 있다. 이에 시장금리가 변동해도 기본금리는 일정 수준으로 유지하면서 우대금리만 조정하는 사례가 있었다. 또 우대금리는 고객별로 차등 적용되는 만큼 시장금리 변동 영향이 일부 고객에만 적용될 수 있다는 문제가 있다.
이를 개선하기 위해 당국은 은행별로 한 달에 1회 이상 시장금리 변동을 점검, 기본금리에 반영하기로 했다. 기본금리를 조정해 모든 고객이 동일하게 적용받을 수 있도록 유도하겠다는 것이다.

대출 가산금리 산정체계 중 업무원가의 경우 원가(인건비·물건비) 산출시 원가배분 방식에 기초해 대출 종류·규모 등에 따라 차등화된 원가를 적용하도록 정비된다. 대출 종류 등과 무관하게 단일 원가율을 적용하면 일부 대출의 원가가 과다 계상될 우려가 있어서다.
리스크프리미엄의 경우 실제 조달금리를 잘 반영하는 예금·은행채 혼합, 코픽스 등의 지표를 활용하기로 했다. 리스크프리미엄은 조달금리와 대출 기준금리 차이로 조달금리가 과다 산정되면 리스크프리미엄이 확대될 수 있다. 자본비용 산정시엔 경영계획상 목표 자기자본이익률(ROE) 또는 최근 실제 ROE 등 합리적 근거가 있는 수치를 기준으로 하도록 정비할 방침이다.
예금금리 산정체계도 재정비된다. 현재 예금금리는 기본금리와 우대금리를 더한 체계로 운영되며, 기본금리는 시장금리(은행채 1년 등) 및 기타비용 등을 고려해 산정하고 있다. 이에 시장금리가 변동해도 기본금리는 일정 수준으로 유지하면서 우대금리만 조정하는 사례가 있었다. 또 우대금리는 고객별로 차등 적용되는 만큼 시장금리 변동 영향이 일부 고객에만 적용될 수 있다는 문제가 있다.
이를 개선하기 위해 당국은 은행별로 한 달에 1회 이상 시장금리 변동을 점검, 기본금리에 반영하기로 했다. 기본금리를 조정해 모든 고객이 동일하게 적용받을 수 있도록 유도하겠다는 것이다.
