https://www.joongang.co.kr/article/25050605 ///중앙일보가 입수한 공소장 범죄일람표에 따르면, 도이치모터스 주가조작에 관련된 김씨 명의 계좌는 모두 5개다. 김씨는 이른바 주가조작 선수(시세조종꾼) A에게 1개, 또 다른 선수 B에게 2개를 맡겼고, 나머지 2개 계좌는 김씨가 직접 주식 매수에 사용한 것으로 나온다. 당초 윤 후보 측은 “권 회장으로부터 이모씨(선수 A·구속기소)를 전문가라고 소개받고 2010년 1~4월 계좌를 맡겼는데 손해만 보고 관계를 끊었다. 주가조작과 전혀 무관하다”고 밝혀 왔다. 하지만 검찰은 김씨 계좌를 맡은 선수가 1명이 아닌 2명이었고, 나아가 김씨가 권 회장의 유도에 따라 직접 매수까지 한 것으로 범죄일람표에 기재했다./// SBS 보도의 내용대로 김건희가 9억 수익을 냈는지는 단정할 일이 아닙니다만.. 지나갈 수 없는 건 윤석열의 해명방식입니다. “권 회장으로부터 이모씨(선수 A·구속기소)를 전문가라고 소개받고 2010년 1~4월 계좌를 맡겼는데 손해만 보고 관계를 끊었다" 어쩌면 이 진술 자체에서 크게 틀린 부분이 없는지도 모르겠습니다. 선수 A와는 4월까지 손해를 보고 정말 관계를 끊었을지도 모르겠어요. 그런데 알고보니 권 회장이 선수A를 선수B로 교체했네요. 선수 B가 다시 10월부터 김건희 씨 계좌로 18억원어치를 매집했는데 이건 홍준표가 물어보지 않았으니 대답 안한 모양입니댜. 윤석열측은 이후의 수익들은 주가조작과는 무관하고 김건희 씨의 직접 투자로 벌어들인 거라고 했는데 이런 해명의 문제는 김씨 계좌로 이루어진 거래기록에 통정매매로 의심받는 모녀간 거래, 가장매매, 고가매수, 물량소진 등 주가조작 패턴의 거래도 본인이 안고 가야 하는 치명적인 단점이 있죠. 단순 전주가 아닌 주가조작행위 직접 가담을 자인하게 되는 셈입니다. 윤석열의 입으로 직접 말했는지는 모르겠지만 윤석열 측에서는 그동안 허위 해명을 여러 차례 해왔습니다. '주가 조작이 일어났던 시기는 2011년, 2012년인데 그때는 주식 거래를 하지 않았다' '도이치모터스 건은 2013년 금감원과 경찰에서 이미 무혐의 결론이 났다' 모두 기망이라고 봐야죠. 금감원에서는 주가조작에 대해 판단한 적이 없었습니다. 보고의무위반 관련 건은 있었다고 하네요. 경찰에서도 무혐의 결론낸 적은 없고 금융기록 확보를 못해 내사중지되었던 사안이죠. 이건 디테일이 아닌 큰 줄기의 흐름이며 처음 받는 질문이 아니라 충분히 확인과 검토가 가능했던 사안입니다. 이런 해명으로 윤석열은 의심에서 벗어나면서 의심하는 사람을 근거없는 주장을 하는 사람으로 몰아가는 정치적 이익을 꾀했고 언론들의 추가보도가 있을 때까지 그 이익을 누렸습니다. 그래서 저는 이 해명을 기억의 왜곡이 아닌 거짓해명으로 봅니다. 윤석열은 그동안의 해명에 대해 해명해야 합니다. 부인의 일이라 잘 몰랐다는 변명은 통하지 않습니다. 수익 본 것도 있고 손해 본 것도 있어도 계산이 어렵지 않습니다. 계좌가 많아도 컴퓨터가 전체 기간의 결산 수익을 보기 좋게 표시해줍니다. 사이 좋은 부인과 컴퓨터를 켜놓고 그땐 그랬지 하는 소회를 나눌 수도 있을 겁니다. 의혹 제기하는 사람을 생떼 쓰는 사람으로 몰지 말고 해야 할 해명을 해야죠. 시간만 끌고 기소도 못하니 별 것 없다는 주장은 적어도 나오라는 소환 조사 받고 난 뒤 할 수 있는 얘깁니다.
