강사휴게실에서 발견된 PC - 이게 이번 기사에 나온 직인파일이 들어있는 정경심 PC(B)입니다.
그리고 '직인파일'도 의미가 혼용되어서 쓰이고 있는데, 저번 기사 증언에서 동양대직원 증인이
'직인파일이란게 애초에 없다'라고 말한건 동양대에서 상장용으로 정식으로 쓰는
'디지털 직인'이란게 존재하지 않는다는 겁니다. '졸업장'용도로는 있고요.
PC(B)에서 발견된 '직인파일'이라는 것 또한 동양대의 디지털 직인용 파일인 것이 아니라,
말그대로 '직인모양 그림파일'이란 겁니다. 검찰주장은 이걸 정경심이 아들 수료증에서 따왔다는 거고요.
즉 저번 기사에서 정경심 변호인이 '오보'라고 주장하는 내용은
‘검찰이 압수수색한 교수실 컴퓨터에서 총장 직인 파일이 나왔다'고 보도됐는데,...(중략)
나중에 알고 보니 그게 오보였고, 그 컴퓨터에선 직인 파일이 안 나온 것 알고 있습니까?
/ 라는 것으로, 압수수색한 교수실 컴퓨터(A)에서 직인파일이 나온게 아니라
강사휴게실에서 발견된 컴퓨터(B)에서 직인파일이 나왔으니 오보라는 것이죠.

써서는 안된다는 취지로 주장하고 있습니다. (교수실의 PC는 압수수색영장을 통해 압수되었죠)
재판절차에서 재판부는 정경심 측에게 표창장의 발급 경위에 대해 밝히라고 했습니다.
한참 조국 장관청문회할 때 유시민이 이야기한 것처럼 발급권한을 위임받은 정경심이
표창장을 발급, 출력했다는 것인지, 아니면 직원에 출력한 표창장을 받았냐는거죠.
내가 기안해서 출력한건지 받은 건지를 기억못할 수는 없을건데 여기에 대해 입장을 밝히지 않으니
입장을 밝히라고 한 겁니다.
“동양대 여직원이 발급해서 피고인이 단순히 전달 받았다는 건지, 동양대 총장의 묵시적 승낙 혹은 전결 위임 규정에 따라 직접 발급했다는 것인지 분명히 밝혀 달라”고 말했다. 동양대 표창장 위조 혐의에 대한 증인신문이 끝났는데도 정 교수의 입장이 모호하다는 것이다.
이에 정경심측은 "2012년 9월 동양대 직원으로부터 정상적으로 발급받은 총장 명의 표창장을 받아 딸 조모씨에게 전달했다. 하지만 조씨는 의학전문대학원 지원에 필요한 서류를 준비하던 때인 이듬해 6월 표창장을 분실했다. 정 교수는 딸에게 이 같은 얘기를 듣고 조교에게 전화를 걸어 표창장을 재발급 받았다."라고 밝혔고,
재판부는 다시 “동양대 직원으로부터 최초 표창장을 발급받았다는 주장과 관련해 기재가 구체적이지 않다”며 “피고인이 어떤 직원에게 상장 기안을 요청했다는 것이냐, 직원이 알아서 한 것이냐”라고 물었다. 김칠준 변호사는 “피고인이 기안한 상장은 없는 것 같다”고 했습니다.
이렇게까지 물어봐도 모호하게 이야기를 하는데..-_- 아무튼 예스노로 대답하라니까 자기는 기안을 하지 않았다고 했죠. (최초 유시민 권한위임 주장썰은 이로써 폐기) 그러자 재판부에서 그럼 왜 (B)PC에 총장직인 파일이 있냐고 물어본 겁니다. 검찰은 이 총장직인 파일은 아들 수료증에서 오려낸 것으로 보고 있죠.

사건진행을 앞에서부터 살펴보면 이딴 식으로 기사를 쓰진 않을텐데..-_- 아무튼.
종전 기사와 이번 기사에 나온 PC는 서로 다른 PC입니다. '정경심PC'라고 하니까 헷갈리죠.
정경심의 교수실에서 압수된 PC - 이게 저번 기사에서 나온 직인파일 없다는 정경심 PC(A)입니다.
강사휴게실에서 발견된 PC - 이게 이번 기사에 나온 직인파일이 들어있는 정경심 PC(B)입니다.
그리고 '직인파일'도 의미가 혼용되어서 쓰이고 있는데, 저번 기사 증언에서 동양대직원 증인이
'직인파일이란게 애초에 없다'라고 말한건 동양대에서 상장용으로 정식으로 쓰는
'디지털 직인'이란게 존재하지 않는다는 겁니다. '졸업장'용도로는 있고요.
PC(B)에서 발견된 '직인파일'이라는 것 또한 동양대의 디지털 직인용 파일인 것이 아니라,
말그대로 '직인모양 그림파일'이란 겁니다. 검찰주장은 이걸 정경심이 아들 수료증에서 따왔다는 거고요.
즉 저번 기사에서 정경심 변호인이 '오보'라고 주장하는 내용은
‘검찰이 압수수색한 교수실 컴퓨터에서 총장 직인 파일이 나왔다'고 보도됐는데,...(중략)
나중에 알고 보니 그게 오보였고, 그 컴퓨터에선 직인 파일이 안 나온 것 알고 있습니까?
/ 라는 것으로, 압수수색한 교수실 컴퓨터(A)에서 직인파일이 나온게 아니라
강사휴게실에서 발견된 컴퓨터(B)에서 직인파일이 나왔으니 오보라는 것이죠.
