- 몇년간 연애하면서, 당하는 본인이 폭력인지도 몰랐던 행위가 '데이트폭력' '성폭력'이 되는게 온당합니까?
성폭행을 당하고 충격에 수년간 고소하지 못했다가 계속된 고통에 이후 고소했다는 건 충분히 이해할 수 있습니다.
하지만 관계가 좋을 때는 폭력이라고 인식하지도 않았던 행위를 관계가 파탄난 이후 생각해보니
그거 억울했다 식으로 나오는건 보복감정일뿐이죠. 본래 깊은 관계맺음에는 서로 상처를 주고받는 행위도
포함되어 있는겁니다. 상대방에게 돈빌려준것도 사기당한거고 선물사준것도 갈취당한거고
푸념들어준 것도 감정의 쓰레기통으로 정서적 학대를 당한게 되죠.
가장으로서 돈벌어온 것은 ATM취급당한거고 주부로서 가사일한 것은 부엌데기 취급당한게 됩니다.
데이트폭력을 당했을 때도 폭력으로 인식했는데 참았다가 이후에 고소하게 되는 것과
당시에는 폭력이라고 생각하지 않았는데 나중에 생각하니 데이트폭력이었다는 것은 다르죠./

“몇 년간의 연애를 하면서 가해자로부터 지속적으로 데이트폭력을 당했지만 그게 폭력인지도 몰랐다. 자살을 몇 번 시도하고 관계를 정리한 수년 뒤, 다른 데이트폭력 피해자들이 자신이 당한 피해를 폭로한 글을 보고서야 내가 어떤 일을 당했는지 깨달았다. 가해자의 행위가 범죄라는 것. 그것을 공적으로 인정받는 게 내 피해를 회복하는 첫걸음이라고 생각했다. 강요된 망각 속에서 살고 싶지 않았다. 이 일을 마무리해야 나는 앞으로 나아갈 수 있다고 생각했다.”

그거 억울했다 식으로 나오는건 보복감정일뿐이죠. 본래 깊은 관계맺음에는 서로 상처를 주고받는 행위도
포함되어 있는겁니다. 상대방에게 돈빌려준것도 사기당한거고 선물사준것도 갈취당한거고
푸념들어준 것도 감정의 쓰레기통으로 정서적 학대를 당한게 되죠.
가장으로서 돈벌어온 것은 ATM취급당한거고 주부로서 가사일한 것은 부엌데기 취급당한게 됩니다.
데이트폭력을 당했을 때도 폭력으로 인식했는데 참았다가 이후에 고소하게 되는 것과
당시에는 폭력이라고 생각하지 않았는데 나중에 생각하니 데이트폭력이었다는 것은 다르죠./
