몇시간전에 있었던 일이라 아직도 흥분이 완전히 가라앉은 상태가 아니라 두서없음을 미리 양해를 구해봅니다. 불금이고 퇴근길 차가 많이 막힌다. 민방위 교육3년차..교육 예정은 오늘 저녁7시-11시 혹은 내일 오전9시-13시 내일도 근무라 도저히 뺄수가 없기에 울며 겨자먹기로 오늘 저녁타임 교육을 받기로 결심을 하지만 도저히 시간내에 도착할수가 없을듯하다. 현재시각 5시 30분 담당 부서로 전화를 걸어보니 '30분정도 늦는건 되지만 한시간늦으시면 절대안되요'라며 30분정도는 어느정도 네비로 확인해보니 맞출수있을거같아서 알겠다고 하며 전화를 끊었다. 평소였다면 집에서 나와 정문길로 택했지만 회사 퇴근길이기에 네비로 확인해보니 후문으로 가는게 10분정도 빠르게 나온다. 시청 후문 도착시간 7시 25분 너무 늦지는 않은거 같으며 안도의 한숨을 내쉬고 후문진입 하지만 많이 어둡다. 그려러니 한다 이시간에후문으로 다니는 사람은 거의 없을테니... 후문에서 건물내 후문으로 진입을 하려하는데 잠겨있다.!?? 주위를 살펴보고 두드려보지만 반응이 없다. 다른 문을 찾아서 5분정도 해맨다. 역시나 잠겨있고 창문 너머 일하시는 분이 계시길래 소리쳐 외쳐보니..'저 뺑돌아서 정문으로 들어오셔야되여'라며 대답해준다. 빠른걸음으로 정문쪽으로 돌아가려하지만 밤이고 불도 어둡고 평소에 왔던길이 아니라 더더욱해매다가 10분넘어 건물 정문 진입에 성공 시각은 7시 43분 하지만 내기억에 교육실은 2층 가장안쪽 재빨리 2층까지 뛰어가서 교육실에 들어간시각 7시 43분 하지만 1교시는 끝난듯한 분위기 사람들이 맘대로 왔다갔다하는걸 보니.. 담당 교육관이 있어서 사정을 해보았다. 허우대는 멀쩡하게 생긴놈이 실실쪼개는듯한 얼굴을 하면서 안된다고 하며 234교시 수업은 듣고 1교시는 내일 듣던가 내일이 안된다면 추가 보충 11월달에 와서 한시간 나머지 교육을 들으라 한다. 허탈하다. 사정을 좀더해본다. 원래대로라면 30분안에 도착을 할수도 있었고 불금이고 차도 엄청 막히며 후문으로 와서 해맸다. cctv도 있으니 확인해보시면 내가 여기에 15분 빨리 도착할수있음을 어필했다. 어림도없지. 재수없는 표정을 보이며 안된다고 말하는 담당자.. 화가치밀어 오르기 시작한다. 아침만 먹고 점심 저녁도 못먹고 와서 회사앞 편의점에서 김밥까지 싸온걸 보여주며 제발 부탁인데 cctv라도확인을 해봐달라 라며 최후의 어필을 해본다. 킹림도없지. 씨알도 안먹힌다. 젊은놈이 양복차려입고 억지웃음을보이는 쌍판때기를 보이며 거절한다. 어쩔수없이 수긍을하며 234교시라도 들어야겠다는 생각에 신분증과 통지서를 넘긴 나. 통지서에 번호와 또다른 무언가를 적는데 '한시간 지각' 'x벌 난 43분 늦었고 평소라면 50분 수업인데 저녁시간이라 좀더 빨르게 단축 수업하는 모양인지라 한시간 지각으로 처리하는 모양이다' 그 글귀를 보는순간 근 5년만에 가장 극대노상태로 변해버린 나. 통지서에 좀더 적으려는 그 담당자의 손아귀에서 통지서와 신분증을 채며 "x발 뭐 이런 x같은 경우가 다있어"라고 반 울분을 소리치며(들으라고) 그자리를 나와서 밖에서담배를 피웠다. 화가 정리되길 바라는 심정과 더불어 머리속에 떠오르는 글자 '악성민원인' 1층 민원실에 불이 켜져있고 사람이 있음을 확인하고 냅다 달려가서 내 상황을 말하면서 지금 2층에서 교육실 담당자 이름만알려달라고 행패아닌 행패를 부린다. 이름만 알아내고 국가신문고라던지 시청민원실에 하루에한번씩 100일간 민원처리를 해볼요량이었다. 당황한 민원관련직원은 여기는 그런거 전혀모르고 혹시 3층 재난안전과로 가길 권유를한다. 3층재난안전과를 시원하게 문을 열어보니 생각보다 근무중인 직원이 많다. 내얼굴은 상당히 상기되어있는상태다. 피부에서 열감이 느껴진다. 오자마자 내 상황을 하소연을 해보았다. '''아니이이이이 세상에 이런경우가 있습니까? 내가 늦을려고 늦은것도 아니고 cctv 확인해서 뒷문에서 길을 못찾아 해매고있는거 확인만 해보면 되는걸~@!#!''' 몇마디 하지않아 가장 구석진 자리에서(아마도 직급이 제일 높은) 어디선가 들었던 목소리를 띄며 "아네네 쉬쉿 그냥 오기만 하세요"라며 나이많으신분이 나를 잽싸게 끌고나간다. 그렇다 그목소리 내가 전화를 했을때 '30분정도는 괜찮다고 말해주었던 그 나이든 목소리' 얼굴이 상기된 내 팔목을 붙잡고 '조용히만 계세요'입가에 집게손가락을 대며 나를 끌고 그 교육실로 들어간다. 그이후 상황은 한마디로 정리되었다. '이분 나랑 전화통화했던분이야 알제?' 무탈없이 그리고 나는 가장 구석자리에 앉아 나머지 234교시 수업을 듣고 집에와서 이글을 적는다. 제가 잘못이 전혀 없어서 적은 글도 아니고 그냥 몇년만에 화가 너무 나서 속풀이겸 적어보았습니다. 좋은밤되세요.
