오늘 다음팟에 들어갔다가 우연히 공지사항을 읽게되었습니다. tv팟 라이브가 한번 더 새로워집니다~!! tv팟 LIVE 영상 규제 기준 변경 예정 안내 올 6월달(?)에 한번 1차 개편을 이루어 다음팟 플레이어의 인터페이스를 바꾸었고, 하반기에 2차 개편이 이루어진다고 예고한바 있습니다. 그 2차 개편이 이번주 수요일인 9월9일에 이루어집니다. 제가 생각하는 2차 개편의 핵심은 이렇습니다. #1 좋아하는 PD님들에게 후원을 할 수 있어요~ 평소에 즐겨보던 PD님들의 방송 활동을 지원 할 수 있는 후원제도가 마련되었어요. tv팟 LIVE에서 마련한 후원 제도를 이용해 좋아하는 PD님들의 방송 활동을 지원해주세요.
그림에 글씨가 작아서 잘 안보이는데, 후원금은 소정의 수수료를 제하고 후원하신 PD에게 전달되며, 방송 제작에 활용됩니다. 라고 적혀있습니다. 흔히 말하는 팟풍선이 도입된것입니다. 수수료는 정확히 알려진건 없습니다. 별풍선 관련되서 이미 아프리카가 떡 하고 자리잡고 있는데도 불구하고 후발주자로 나선다는건 아프리카보다 낮은 수수료, 카카오페이 연동이라는 자신감이 아닐까 싶습니다. 제 개인적인 생각이지만 같은 서비스를 제공한다면 팟플레이어의 존재 자체만으로 앞으로 아프리카 시장을 꽤 빠른 시간내에 뺏어올것으로 생각됩니다. 또한 미리 언급은 안했지만 위의 공지사항중 변경사항중 하나인 시청사 수 제한이 기존의 최대2000명에서 무제한으로 풀리게 됩니다.시청자 수 제한도 없고 고화질로 방송하는데 아무련 제약이 없다면 그것또한 아프리카보다 더 나은 장점이 될 수 있겠죠. #2 방송 내용이 지적재산권을 침해해 저작권에 위배되는 경우 - tv팟 LIVE에서 허용된 저작권 영상 외 모든 저작권 영상은 규제 대상이 됩니다. (공중파/케이블 방송, 스포츠, 영화, 애니, 해외 드라마, 다큐 등) 지금의 다음팟이 적자를 내면서(?) 시청자를 유지할 수 있었던 가장 큰 점은 저작권신고가 들어오기전에 터치하지 않는 다소 방만스러운 운영방식이였다고 생각합니다. 팟수들과 함께라면 7광구,클레맨타인도 드립치면서 재미있게 볼 수 있었는데 이제 사실상 그런 방송은 불가능 합니다. 이 부분이 가장 핵심이라고 생각합니다. 앞으로 어떤 식으로 운영해갈지 모르겠지만 당장 돌아오는 수요일부터 꽤 많은 시청자 감소와 더불어 이곳 저곳 커뮤니티에서 다음팟 망했다는 글들이 올라올 것이라고 예상합니다. 아이러니하지만 다음팟의 뼈대이자 저작권을 위반하던 각종 애니,영화,오락프로방송들이 불가능해지면서 이런 이탈자들을 어떤식으로 유지할지 또는 신규유입을 어떤식으루 이룰지 상당히 궁금합니다. 이와 관련된 자세한 사항은 링크를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다.
