제목을 적어보니 문맥이 어색하기 짝이 없군요. ㅎㅎ IT 개발자로서 5년(2개의 회사를 2년, 3년씩 다녔네요) 정도를 일하고 올 3월말에 직장을 그만두었습니다. 저의 퇴사하게 된 이유는 여러가지가 있겠지만... 1. 다니던 회사를 계속 다니다보면 그냥 맨날 똑같은 방식의 프로그래밍을 조금더 빨리하기만 하겠구나! 라는 생각 2. 지금 만28, 한국나이 30살입니다. 그래서 지금 아니면 언제 날 위해 시간을 줄 수 있겠어! 라는 생각 3. 다른 분야의 공부도 좀 하고 싶다. 라는 생각 4. 건강한 라이프 스타일을 만들고 싶다! 라는 생각 이 중에서 2번 항목이 제일 비중이 컸습니다. 4월부터 현재까지 한 일들을 나열해보자면 * 4월 한달 : 오픽학원 다니면서 영어 점수 만들기 (IH ^^로 마무리!) * 5월 ~ 6월 중순 : 정당에서 활동중이라 지방선거로 저의 모든 일정이 마무리. * 6월 중순 ~ 현재 : IT 관련 학원등록(전 항상 시스템개발, 장비 쪽 직군이여서 웹을 좀 공부하려구요), 몇가지 강의 신청(심리학, 자산관리, 명상, 실전영어, 주민참여예산제)으로 시간이 흘러가고 있습니다. 저녁을 먹던 자리에서 같은 IT 직군에서 일하는 다른 당원분이 이야기를 나누다가 언제 취직할거냐고 묻습디다. IT 관련학원이 10월말까지 일정이라 우선 10월까지 놀꺼다 라며 넘겼습니다. 하지만 그 당원분은 저에게 진심으로 걱정을 하며, 개발자로 계속 할꺼면 얼른 취직하는게 좋지 않겠냐고 합니다. 분명 퇴사한 이유들은 많았고, 자신있었는데 막상 다른 사람들 말에 많이 휘둘리고 있는 제 자신이 너무 나약하게 느껴지기도 합니다. 제가 느끼고 있는 우리 사회는 한 개인이 무엇을 하고 싶다. 어떤 결심을 했다. 라는 것을 주변 사람들에게 이야기하는 것조차 너무 용기가 필요한것 같아요. 응원보다는 조언(묻지도 않았는데!!!!), 비아냥, 결심한 것이 실현되지 않을 것이라며 자신이 현실적인 사람이라며 해주는 지적들. 숨막힙니다. 우리나라 사회... 이 글은 어떤 답을 바라는건 아니었고 요즘의 답답함을 한번 토로하고 싶었습니다. 글 읽어주셔서 감사합니다.
