공부하는게 있어서 구글에서 '치약 부작용' 이렇게 검색해 봤습니다. 쭉쭉 내려보다가 네이버 블로그 글들이 몇 개 나오네요? 한 번 들어가봤습니다. 그런데 뭔가 수상한 냄새가 납니다. 어디서 본 듯한 흐름... 그리고 글 말미에 홍보가 아닌척 하는데 제품 링크는 하나만 살아 있고, 들어가면 온라인 판매 링크로 연결. 여기까지만 말씀드리면 "에이 그냥 온라인 마케팅이 다 그렇지 뭐." 하실 수도 있는데요, 그 뒤에 더 숨어 있습니다. 결론까지 봐주시면 좋겠네요. (혹시 모를 불상사를 대비해서 주요 상표나 링크 주소등은 모자이크 했습니다.) ▶ PHASE 1. 네이버 블로그 포스팅이 수상하다.  가장 위에 나오는거. (편의상 1번)  그 다음으로 나오는거 (2번, 네이버 블로그인데 스폰서?)  너도 스폰서? (3번) 들어가보면 내용은 비슷합니다. "나는 몇 년차 직장인 누구누구인데 치약에 대한 관심이 많아서 치약도 다 써보고 논문, 특허 다 살펴봤다." "무엇보다 성분이 제일 중요하다. 천연 성분을 써야 트러블이 안 생긴다." "내가 써보고 좋은 제품들 랭킹을 말해줌" → 어딘지 말해달라는 사람이 많아서 직접 얘기는 안 하고 링크 남길게 → 그런데 그 링크 중에 하나만 살아 있음??? 이때까지 저는 그냥 '흔한 마케팅 이구나' 생각했습니다. 그러면서 뭐하는 블로그인가 살펴보려고 했는데 어?  ????? 이렇게 나는 '순수 정보성 글을 올린거야' 라고 하는데,  게시글 수의 상태가??? (2번 블로그)  이렇게 진위 여부를 알 수 없는 영수증을 첨부해서 자신의 진정성을 입증하려고 하는데, (3번 블로그)  수상하다 수상해. (뒤에 밝혀지겠지만 이 블로그는 아예 업체에서 직접 운영하는 블로그다.) 수상한 분위기를 물씬 풍기는 블로그들에 흥미가 생겨서 방구석에서 조사를 해보기로 했습니다. ▶ PHASE 2. 제품이 수상하다. 먼저 알아두셔야 할 것. 치약은 우리나라에서 '의약외품'으로 분류되어 정식으로 생산되고 유통되는 제품들은 모두 식약처에 허가 또는 신고를 마쳐야 합니다. 그리고 우리나라는 국민의 알권리를 충족하기 위하여 모든 제품에 대해 조회할 수 있습니다. 그게 바로 '의약품 안전나라' 라는 사이트입니다. 의약품안전나라 의약품등검색, 의약품 사이버민원, 제품 및 제조사 정보, 의약품광고검색, 규격기준정보 등 수록 nedrug.mfds.go.kr 여기에서 의약품등 제품정보 검색을 들어가시면 어떤 제품이 등록되어 있는지, 누가 생산하는지, 어떤 원료들이 사용되었는지 모두 찾아볼 수 있습니다. (얼마나 들어갔는지는 주성분만 표기함)  의약품 정보나라 의약품등 정보검색 페이지에 들어갔을 때 볼 수 있는 메인 화면 여기에서 제품명으로 검색해봅니다.  첫번째 블로그에서 홍보하는 제품 링크구요, 제품명 검색해보면  두 개가 나오네요??? 첫번째 블로그에 포스팅이 2015년이니 아마 위에거 일 것 같습니다. 그래서 업체명을 검색해보면  경기도 파주에 있는 의약외품 생산 업체가 나오네요. 네, 이 블로그는 과장 광고를 바탕으로 공구하는 사람이 만든거라는 생각이 듭니다. 이건 뒤에 나올 애들보다는 양반이네요.  2번 블로그 링크를 따라가봤습니다. **쿨 이라는 제품이 나오네요? 검색해봅니다.  안 나옵니다? 제품명 모자이크해서 잘 안 보이실겁니다만, 정상적으로 검색어 넣고 입력한겁니다. 그런데 1번과는 달리 안 나오는겁니다??? 그럼 도대체 이 제품은 뭘까? 어디에서 생산하는걸까??? 제품 상세 설명을 쭉 내려 보다가 힌트를 찾았습니다. 불소 없는 **(제품명) ? 이 **라는 키워드를 가지고 찾아보겠습니다.  나오네요 나와... 이 회사는 경기도 안성에 있는 의약외품 제조 업체입니다. 그럼 아까 1번하고 똑같은거 아니냐고요? 조금 더 살펴보겠습니다. 제가 왜 이게 문제라고 하는지.  이렇게 절절하게 어필하는데...  이렇게 절절하게 어필하는데...(2)  이렇게 절절하게 어필하는데...(3) 뭐가 문제냐?  제품 상세 설명 크게 필요 없고, 상품정보 제공고시를 보시면 품명/모델명으로 아까 의약품 정보검색 안 됐죠? 제조자는 자기 브랜드 명에 협력사라고 해서 검색 안 되게 해놨죠? 문제 생기면 어떻게 될까요? 제품에 문제가 있다면 교환 환불 정도는 되겠지만 만약 사용 중에 이상이 발생했다면? 과연 그 원인과 사후 회복을 위한 노력이 제대로 될까요?  여기까지는 대부분의 소비자가 잘 확인하지 않는 부분이지만 반품/교환정보를 보겠습니다. 반품 시 먼저 판매자와 연락해라는 그럴 수 있습니다. 뭐 인터넷으로 구매하는거니까, 갑자기 물건만 반품해놓고 어떻게 조치를 취해달라 이야기가 없으면 판매자도 당황할 수 있으니까 그럴 수 있겠죠. 보내는 곳이 서울특별시 금천구네요? 이것도 긍정적으로 생각해보면 지방에서 생산하는 물건이니 주요 고객 응대는 수도권에 사무실을 내서 하는게 좋을 수도 있겠죠. 그런데 이 위치가 어디인지 한 번 확인해보겠습니다.  한 번도 못 본 업체가 나오네요? 사업자 등록증을 보니 통신판매업신고라...  아까 네이버쇼핑 페이지에서 나왔던 제품명(편의상 A)으로는 정보검색이 안 되어서 다시 찾은 제품명(편의상 B)을 메인에 홍보하고 있네요.  그래놓고 또 하단에는 원래 제품명 A를 쓰고 있습니다. 하다보니 자기들도 헷갈리나 봅니다. 다시 말씀드리지만 이 제품명 A는 의약품 정보검색에서 나오지 않는 제품명입니다. 이게 왜 문제냐? 하실 수 있습니다. 뭐 그럴수도 있겠죠. 그런데 한 사람이 이 사람한테는 이 이름 쓰고 저 사람한테는 저 이름 쓰고 한다면... 신뢰하실 수 있습니까? 연예인이나 예술가가 예명쓰는 것도 아니고 심지어 본명을 숨기고 그러지는 않지 않습니까? 저는 그렇게 생각하는데 괜찮다고 하시면 그 생각도 존중하겠습니다. 그럼 금천구에 있는 회사는 뭐냐? 그냥 생산 업체에서 물건 떼다가 제품 상세 페이지 만들어서 네이버 쇼핑 입점시키고 온라인으로 판매하는 회사입니다. 제품에 대해서 모른다고 봐야죠. 상세 페이지 예쁘고 사람들 혹하게 만들고 그것도 모자라 블로그를 통해서 '마케팅이 아닌척' 사람들을 유입시키고 있던 겁니다. 여기서 한 가지 더 짚고 넘어갈 게 있는데, 중간에 특허 등록 서류 올라온 것 기억하시나요?  그럼 이 특허는 진짜냐? 결론부터 말씀드리면 특허는 진짜입니다. 특허를 검색할 때 저는 키프리스라는 사이트를 주로 이용하는데 특허 등록번호로 검색해보니 제대로 나오더군요  특허 발명자는 아까 확인한 생산업체 대표이고, 아직까지 유효한 특허로 잘 사용하고 계신듯 합니다. 내용을 살펴보면 본 발명은 치은염과 치주질환을 크게 예방하기 위한 구강용 조성물을 제공함에 있다. 이러한 본 발명은 대나무의 진액추출방법으로 얻은 자죽염과 버드나무 껍질 추출물 및 고삼추출액을 함유하는 구강용 조성물을 제공함으로서 자죽염의 항균, 항염효과와 버드나무 껍질 추출물의 항염효과와 그리고 고삼추출액의 항균효과에 의한 상승작용으로 치은염과 치주질환을 크게 예방하도록 한 것이다. 이런 내용입니다. 즉 자죽염, 버드나무 껍질 추출물, 고삼추출액을 함유해야 그 특허를 활용했다고 볼 수 있는데요, 실제로 들어 있는지 확인해봐야겠습니다. 의약품 정보검색을 통해서 들어가면  주성분이라고 해서 함량이 정확히 나와있는것 외에도 첨가제 성분들을 확인할 수 있는데요....자죽염, 버드나무 껍질 추출물, 고삼추출액 보이십니까??? 물론... 이것들을 혼합해서 어떤 원료명으로 해놓고 그 원료명을 기입해놨을 수도 있긴 합니다만 제가 봤을 때는 그렇게 처리해놓은 원료가 없어 보입니다. 혹시 보이시면 말씀좀 해주세요. 이것만 봐서는 광고에 언급한 특허가 쓰인 제품인지 잘 모르겠습니다. 2번 블로그에 언급된 제품은 확인해볼만큼 확인해본 것 같으니 3번 블로그를 확인해보겠습니다.  패턴이 똑같네요  아까 캡쳐한거 재활용 한 거 아닙니다. 검색해보면 안 나와요. 그런데 여기는 더 심각한데, 아까하고 똑같은 방식으로 확인해보면... 진 제품명을 알 수 있는 힌트가 안나옵니다. 여기는 2번네 보다 철저하게 가려놨어요. 어디서 했는지 모르겠다 싶은데 중간에 힌트가 있었습니다.  여기에 나온 업체명을 바탕으로 검색해보니 충북 음성군 소재에 어떤 회사가 나오네요.  그리고 여기에 나와있는 유효성분 : 알란토인, 플루오르화나트륨과 업체명을 같이 검색을 해보니까  이 제품 인 것 같습니다. 그럼 생산업체와 제품은 어느정도 추정이 가능하니 다시 판매자를 확인해볼까요?  하단으로 내려가면 판매자가 나옵니다. 또 금천구네요. 편의상 여기를 판매자 C라고 해보겠습니다. https://new.redtea.kr/pb/data/cmt/SE_41cb5bde_6e39_4f2c_85fe_00830020fa51.png 뭐야 왜 갑자기 또 처음보는 D가 나와? 들어가보면  네 이런 또 판매 페이지가 나옵니다. 여기도 뭐 예상했던데로 물건 떼다가 파는 곳이었어요. 그리고 페이지 하단에는  주식회사 업체명C가 나옵니다. 즉 다 같은 곳이라는 얘기죠. 뭐 회사와 브랜드가 다를 수 있으니 그건 이해합니다만, 제품의 정체에 대해서도 숨기고, 허위 과장 광고는 일상인데다가 결정적으로...  3번 블로그 기억하십니까? 여기에 ****(블로그 이름)은 ****(업체명C)의 포스트별명입니다. 라고 첫 줄에 기재되어 있습니다. 처음에는 이게 무슨 소리인가 했는데 점점 그 실체를 알게 됐네요. 다시 말해. 업체가 블로그를 사서 → 마치 정보글인양 게시글을 작성하고 → 자기네들 제품을 구매하도록 링크를 올리는데 → 그 제품이 다른 제품하고는 차별화된 좋은 제품인 것처럼 광고하지만 → 실상은 그냥 다른 제품하고 크게 다를게 없더라. 는 겁니다. ▶ 결론 : 인간적으로 사람들을 이렇게 속여가면서 마케팅 하지는 맙시다. 생산 업체와 판매 업체가 다를 수 있습니다. 그렇게 많이들 해요. 그런데 그러기 위해서는 소비자들이 제품의 정체에 대해서 분명히 알 수 있어야 합니다. 하지만 사람들이 제품의 실체를 파악하게되면 자신들이 말만으로 다른 제품과 차별화된 것마냥 허위 과장 광고를 하는게 들통날게 뻔하니 제품과 판매자를 세탁해서 사람들이 그 정체를 알 수 없게 하는게 맞나요? 더 나아가 자신들이 쓴 홍보글을 마치 정보글인양 인터넷에 게시글 올려놓아서 사람을 기만하는게... 그렇게까지 해야됩니까? 뭐, 아무리 이런 글을 써도 이렇게 허위 과장 광고는 계속될거고 잘 모르는 소비자는 '광고를 보니 다른 제품과 다른 좋은 제품인가보다.' 쉽게 생각하는 일은 반복될겁니다. 예쁘게 꾸며진 제품 상세페이지와 하단에 진위를 알 수 없는 후기들을 보면서 사람들은 혹하기 쉬우니까요. 어쩌면 마케팅이 그런 거일수도 있겠다는 생각을 하게 됩니다. 하지만 제품의 정체도 속이고 생산자와 판매자의 정체도 숨기는 그 제품을 내 돈 주고 쓰고 싶으십니까? ▶ 번외 : 그래서 치약은 뭐가 좋나요? 다 비슷하구요, 마트나 홈쇼핑 등 문제가 생겼을 때 대응이 되겠다고 생각되는 유통 채널에서 파는거 사세요. 워낙 종류가 많고 스타일이 다양하니까 이것저것 써보시고 이게 나하고 맞구나, 이게 안 맞구나 확인해가면서 쓰세요. 사람들이 뭐가 좋더라 하는거에 너무 흔들리지 마시고. 좋다고 하는 치약 찾으려고 시간 쓰지 마시고 적당한 치약 제 가격에 주고 사서 그 시간을 이를 꼼꼼이 닦아주는데 쓰세요. 그게 정답입니다 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 19
