안녕하십니까 농번기 시작전 약간의 여유시간.. 관리기에 대해서 강의를 하게 된 천하대장군입니다. 시골 본가나 처가집에 내려가면 한두대씩 세워져 있는 관리기를 보실껍니다. 관리기란 무엇인가? 경운기는 너무 무겁고.. 삽질하자니 힘들고 그래서 그나마 가볍고(?) 일 잘하는 관리기를 사용하고 있습니다  통칭 '관리기는' 윗 사진에 보시는 제품을 뜻하며 대표 제작 회사는 아세아농기가있습니다. *요즘은 텃밭 관리기라고  이러한 미니 관리기가 아세아 관리기에 도전하고 있지만 전통적인 강자는 아세아 관리기입니다. 살짝 자세히 들어간다면  A부위기 관리기 본체이며 B는 어뎁터로 보시면 됩니다 비닐씌우는 피복기는 B를 분리하고 A와 연결하고 고무바퀴를 교체하면 피복기로 사용 됩니다.  관리기+휴립기+피복기를 종합한 올인원 제품이 나오는데 기울어지지 않은 일정한 필지에서 활용이 수월합니다. => 무게중심이 앞으로 쏠려서 조향이 어렵고 따라서 두둑 및 피복작업이 수월하지 않기 때문입니다. 관리기에 대한 간략한 설명은 이 정도로 마치고 관리기 작업에 대해 간략히 설명드리겠습니다 우선 두둑과 고랑을 이해해야 합니다  밭작물의 대부분은 물이 필요하면서도 물을 싫어하는 괴랄한 성격을 가지고 있습니다. 따라서 물이 빠지는 고랑, 작물이 정식되는 두둑이 무조건 구분되어야 합니다. 두둑과 고랑의 크기는 작물마다 달라지며 두둑이 너무 높으면 물이 닿기 어려워 말라죽기도 하고 두둑이 너무 낮으면 소위 물쪄서 죽기도합니다. case by case (토질, 작업량, 기후) 등을 고려해서 두둑크기, 고랑간격은 정해지며 반드시 피복비닐폭을 고려하여 작업이 선행되어야 합니다 (표준90 ~110cm) 피복비닐은 약간 비싼걸 사셔야 가을에 벗기기 수월합니다 500m 1000m단위로 팔며 500m가 가볍습니다 그래서 작업은 어떻게 해야하는가? 작업과정은 어떻게 되는가? 경운 - 밭갈이 정지 - 밭로터리 두둑 - 밭두둑 및 고랑 형성 피복 - 비닐 씌우기 총 네가지로 통칭됩니다. 경운/정지 경운/정지 작업은 대부분 트랙터 및 경운기로 실시합니다 경운/정지 작업은 해당 필지가 경사져있지 않고 평탄한 곳이라면 매우 무난하게 장비빨을 세우면서 작업이 가능합니다만 경사가 있는 필지일 경우 4톤이상 장비가 윌리윌리를 하거나 옆으로 굴러서 낭패를 보실수도 있으니 주의를 요합니다 *일부 광고에서는 관리기로 다 할 수 있다고 하는데 그런 좋은 땅은 쇠스랑으로도 작업 가능합니다. 몸과 통장 다치지 마시고 주위분들에게 부탁하는게 좋은해결책입니다. 두둑 두둑 작업은 관리기 작업의 꽃으로서 휘어지지 않고 반듯한 라인을 만드는 데서 경력자/초보자의 차이가 확연합니다. 초보작업자나 첫번째 라인의 경우 줄이나 발자국등으로 라인을 표시하고 그선을 맞추어서 두둑을 만드는게 수월합니다. 해당 작업이 잘못될경우 이후 이어지는 피복작업, 수확에도 막대한 영향을 미치니 조금 느리더라도 신중히 작업해야합니다. 나중에 시골 어르신들 주변 지나가면서 저기는 어떤X이 일했나 지맘대로혔네 하고 걱정해주십니다  * 역시나 평지에서는 매우 무난한작업이지만 그럼에도 불구하고 조그만한 돌이 조인트 까는? 경우가 발생하니 돌이 걸린다 싶으면 관리기 출력을 줄여서 살살 넘어가시면 되겠습니다. * 경사지의 경우 체중을 잘 이동시키면서 그냥 적절하게 잘 하시면 됩니다  피복 - 선행된 두둑작업이 수월했다면 무난하게 잘 됩니다 - 고랑이 너무 좁을경우 흙밥이 부족하기 때문에 비닐이 다 씌워지지 않고 삽으로 다시 덮어야 하는 경우가 생깁니다 *두둑형성을 잘 하셔야 되는 이유입니다. 트랙터 로터리에 올인원으로 (경운,정지,두둑,피복) 작업기를 붙여서 나오고 있으나 우선 해당 필지상태가 적합해야하고 최소 중대형 트랙터가 활용되어야 합니다. *트랙터 자율주행 장치등이 활용 가능한 환경이라면 애시 당초 무슨 장비를 가지고 무엇을 해도 맘대로 되는 환경입니다 돈만 준비하십시오 관리기는 대형 장비들이 활용이 어렵거나 가성비가 안나오는 경우 활용되는 장비입니다. 한국은 국토의 70%이상이 산악지형이니 관리기가 잘 팔릴수 밖에 없습니다. 그나마도 요즘은 농촌 고령화 & 보조없이는 농기계 가격이 납득할 수 없게 비싼편이라 수요가 감소하는 것 같습니다. *궁금한점은 덧글이나 쪽지로 물어봐주시면 감사하겠습니다 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 9
