안녕하세요. 중견기업 중년 회사원 아잽니다. 저희 회사가 작년부터 신입사원을 채용연계형 인턴으로 뽑고 있습니다. 뽑히면 2주간 본사 및 공장에서 공통 교육을 받고 부서 배치를 받습니다. 3개월간 근무후 평가를 거쳐서 정직원 채용이 됩니다. 평가는 어쩔때는 상대평가이고 어쩔때는 절대평가라서 모르겠습니다. 작년에는 20명뽑아서 3명 인턴기간중 나가고 17명중 15명 정규직 전환 시키더니... 올해는 50% 라는 소문이 돌고 나서 정말 뽑은 인원의 반만 정규직 채용하더라고요. 올 하반기에 뽑은 친구들은 몇프로인지 아직 잘 모르겠습니다. 저희 회사가.. 신입이 들어왔다고 처음부터 일을 잘 주지 않는 편입니다. 일단 직급체계가 사원(2년)-주임(2년)-대리(4년)-과장(4년).... 식으로 올라가는데.. 물론 능력 있으면 3년만에도 대리 달고, 6-7년만에 과장 달기도 하지만.. 왠만하면 사원2년후 주임 승진은 지켜집니다. 한사람 몫 하려면 1-2년은 가르쳐야 하기 때문에 2년후에 승진 한번 시킨다는게 관례였는데.. 지금은 본인이 그만두는건 제외하더라도 3개월후에 인턴이 채용될지 안될지 모르니, 방치 당하는 인턴들이 많습니다. 예측이 전혀 되지 않아요. 5명인 팀에서 2명 나가고 인턴 1명 배치 받아서 얘는 채용 되겠지 하고 데리고 다니면서 가르쳤는데 3개월후 채용 안된다거나.. 그냥 방치 당하고 있었는데 채용이 된다거나.. 작년에 들어온 저희 팀 인턴도 거의 방치당하다가 채용 확정 되고나서 지도사원 지정해서 교육하기 시작했거든요. 본사 인사팀은 뭔 생각인지 모르겠습니다. 다른 회사 인턴들은 무슨 일을 하나요? 저희는 공장이라 인턴에게 시킬 수 있는 일 자체가 없습니다.
