 세상에 복잡해지고 정보는 많아지고 있어 요즘 피로함을 느끼고 있습니다. 욕심 앞에서 더 많은 정보를 찾고 며칠 노력하다 번아웃오면 아무것도 안하게 되는 이런 악순환을 어떻게 하면 좋은 방향으로 바꿀 수 있을까? 라는 고민을 나누며 대화하고 싶은 마음에 글을 작성합니다. 왜 이렇게 쉽지 않은가를 찾아보다 관련 주제를 다루고 있는 블로거의 글을 인용해 공유드립니다.
