이해가 잘 안가는 부분중 하난데, 검찰에게서 수사권을 아예 빼앗는게 뭐가 좋은지 잘 모르겠습니다. 물론 기소권력이 있기 때문에 양쪽에 다 수사권을 준다면 검찰-경찰간에 상-하부 구조처럼 돌아가는게 유지되기는 할 것 같은데 말이죠. 민주당은 늘 일본 예시를 많이 들어서 찾아봤는데 기본적으로 경찰조직 자체가 일본이 한국에 비해 인구를 보정해도 더 크다는 느낌도 있고요. 수사 자체도 일본 검찰도 하더라고요. 다만 공안조직과 경찰이원화 제도 때문에 검찰권력이 좀 약하다는 것도 있는것 같고..
