편의상 평어체로 쓰겠습니다.^^ 우리 가족은 내가 어렸을 때부터 다들 마른 편 이었다. 부모님과 누나, 그리고 나는 항상 살이 안쪄서 고민이었지, 살을 빼는 것 때문에 신경을 써 본 기억이 없다. 스무살이 되고 신검을 받았을때, 나는 키 177cm 에 몸무게 54kg 이었다. 항상 주변 어른과 친구들은 내가 너무 말랐다고 이야기 했다. 하지만 나는 그 누구보다 건강했다. 중, 고등학교 시절 운동신경이 좋아 항상 운동회 때 반 대표를 했었고, 대학교에 와서도 축구 동아리에 들 정도로 운동을 좋아하고 잘 하는 편이었다. 그리고 군대를 갔고, 평생 살이 안 찔줄 알았던 나는 삼시 세끼를 챙겨 먹기 시작하면서 살이 무럭무럭 찌기 시작했다. 그랬다... 나는 그 동안 점심, 저녁만 먹었으며 야식은 아주 가끔씩 먹었었다. 한 끼를 먹을 때 굉장히 많은 양을 먹었던 나는 내 식사량이 적다는 생각은 하지 않았지만, 식사 횟수는 평균보다 적은 편이었다. 군대에서 그렇게 살이 찌고 기어이 70kg 을 찍고 전역을 했다. 하지만 전역 후 다시 하루 두끼를 먹는 생활을 반복하자, 몸무게는 다시 62kg 까지 빠졌다. 그렇게 유지를 하다 직장에 취직을 했고, 직장인이 되었다. 회사 선배들은 다들 나를 보고 말랐다고 했고, 몇 년 안에 곧 자기들처럼 살이 찔거라 했다. 내 눈에 회사 선배들은 다들 돼지로 보였었다... 그렇게 회사 생활을 6년 하다보니 참 신기하게 1년에 1kg 씩 찐건지 어느덧 몸무게는 68Kg 이 되었다. 주변 사람들이나 친척 어른 들은 딱 보기 좋다며 다들 너무 좋아했지만, 내 기준에서는 내 몸뚱이가 너무 마음에 들지 않았다... 허리사이즈도 항상 28이나 제일 작은 사이즈를 입었었는데, 몸무게가 늘고나니 30이 딱 맞는 사이즈가 되었다. 그리고 나는 작년에 결혼을 하고 어느덧 만 1년의 신혼생활을 즐기게 되었다. 결과적으로는 결혼하고 1년 만에 10Kg 이 쪘다!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 아오ㅠㅠ 몸무게가 78Kg 이 되고 배도 너무 나온 아저씨가 되었다. 아직 32살 밖에 안되었는데?? 오늘부터 10Kg 을 다시 뺄 것이다ㅠㅠ 그런데 세상에는 너무나도 맛있는 음식들이 너무너무 많다ㅠㅠ 오늘 점심을 바나나 두 개만 먹었더니 멘탈이 나가 뻘글이 쓰고 싶어졌습니다. 양해 부탁 드립니다ㅠㅠ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 원스님의 최근 게시물 |
