안녕하세요. 동사무소 출근하는 그냥 직장인입니다. 궁금하신 것이 있다면 질문받아보겠습니다. 제 나름대로 예상질문을 생각해서 미리 답변을 달아보았습니다. 공무원이 하는 일이 뭔지 잘 모르겠다. = 직관적이지 않은 것이 사실입니다. 흔히들 생각하시는 민원업무나 직접 대면업무는 사실 그렇게 큰 파이를 차지하고 있지 않은 것 같습니다. 공무원이 꿀이냐 = 꿀인 것이 사실입니다. 하지만 들어오라고 말하고 싶진 않습니다. 들어오기는 힘든데 이미 들어온 사람들 사이에선 이게 뭐냐 싶은 것도 현실이라... 직렬에 따라 상황에 따라, (소속이 어디냐에 따라)다릅니다. 우리나라의 행정력이 부족하냐 =사실이기도 하고 아니기도 합니다. 인원은 절대적으로 부족합니다. 만 대부분의 공무원은 열심히 하려고 합니다. 맡겨진 일에 대해서는 진급이 느리냐? = 이것도 지자체나 위치에 따라 다릅니다. 보통 7급까지는 10년, 6급까진 20년 5급까진 25년정도 걸리는 것 같습니다. 물론 그 위로 올라가시는 분들도 존재합니다. 케이스별로 다르지만요. 다만 행정직 공무원이 승진이 빠른 건 사실이고, 서울시가 느린 것도 사실인것 같습니다. 보수는 얼마냐 = 집 있고, 차 있고, 결혼할 상대가 돈이 많다면 최고의 직업입니다. 저는 제 직업에 대해서 만족합니다. 자랑하는 것도 아니고, 비하하는 것도 아니고, 그냥 직업인으로써 이 직업을 택한 것에 대해서 만족할 따름입니다. 그것은 모든 직장인이 마찬가지라고 생각합니다. 물론 좀 재미없는 삶이구나 싶기도 합니다. 뭘 해보기에도 벅찬 부분도 있구요. 하지만 저는 천천히 해보려고 합니다. 그게 제일 장점 아니겠습니까. 질문주세요(..)
