안녕하세요! 그동안 홍차넷 돌아다니면서 이 게시판 덕을 좀 많이 봤었는데요ㅎㅎ 저도 거기에 기여도 할 겸 근무지 이전으로 서산을 떠나게되어 2년간 생활을 정리할 겸 주관적인 맛집 리스트 올려봅니다. 기본적으로 채식과 해물을 싫어하는 초딩입맛의 육식주의자임을 감안하고 봐주시면 됩니다. 가격은 많이 먹는 남자 1인 기준입니다. 1. 갈산장어 주종목 : 파장어 가격대 : 1인 약 50,000  제가 서산에서 제일 좋아했던 메뉴입니다. 초벌한 장어구이를 약간 달고매운? 양념 안에 넣고 파김치랑 같이 끓이는? 굽는? 메뉴로, 처음 들으면 저게 도대체 뭔음식이야 하실 수 있지만 파김치의 상큼함이 장어의 느끼함을 잡아주는, 절정 궁합의 음식입니다. 다먹고 남은 양념에 볶음밥을 해먹으면 그 맛은 크....드셔본 분만이 알 수 있습니다. 단점은 허름한 건물과 외진 위치, 약간 높은 가격 정도입니다. 2. 소박한밥상 주종목 : 한정식 가격 : 1인 약 20,000원  어쩌다 보니 제 모습이 나왔네요ㅋㅋㅋ 서산에 있는 한정식 하면 제일 눈에 띄는건 대**, 반도**등일 겁니다. 다만 이 음식점들은 제가 생각하기엔 가성비가 영....비쌀대로 비싼데 음식은 그닥 ㅠㅠ 차라리 대**는 가신다면 한정식 말구 삼겹살을 구워먹는게 맛있을 지경입니다. 여기 소박한 밥상은 그와는 반대에요. 정말 합리적인 가격에 정갈하고 맛있는 음식을 즐길 수 있습니다. 기본적으로 육식주의자인 저도 저길 가면 수육 냅두고 나물부터 우물거릴만큼 반찬들이 정말 맛있어요. 직접 담근 장맛도 느낄 수 있구요. 식당도 되게 멋있습니다. 외관이 이래요  다만 단점이라면 외진 위치와 평일, 휴일 다 저녁에는 거의 운영을 안하는 점(재료가 떨어지면 영업 끝), 점심마저도 예약 안하면 못먹을 수 있다는 점 등이에요. 참고로 이 근처엔 인지생강한과 공장이 있어요. 생강향이 나면서 부담스럽지 않게 달아 꽤 괜찮습니다. 이 식당 가신다면 그 공장에서 주전부리도 사시는걸 추천추천 3. 한가네숯불닭갈비 주종목 : 닭갈비 가격 : 1인 약 30,000  일반적인 철판 닭갈비가 아닌 직화 닭갈비를 제대로 먹어볼 수 있어요 간장, 양념, 소금 닭갈비로 나뉘구 제 입맛에는 양념이 제일 맛있더라구요. 비건이 아니라면 맛있게 무난하게 먹을 수 있는 맛입니다. 다만 닭고기라는 점에 비해 약간 비싼 가격, 사람이 많아 기다릴 수 있는 점 등이 문제겠네요. 4. 가씨화로 주종목 : 소고기구이 가격 : 1인 약 40,000   한우야 굽는자의 능력에 따라 맛이 달라지니 전 가격대비 고기 상태 위주로 추천을 드립니다.. 이 집은 에이징, 숙성을 어떻게 하는지 모르겠는데 제 싸구려 입맛엔 정말 괜찮더라구요. 심지어서 이 가격에 한우를.... 뭐 와사비를 기본으로 제공하는만큼 그렇게 좋은 소는 아니겠지만. 추천할만합니다. 5. 맛있게먹는날 주종목 : 쭈꾸미볶음, 해물탕 가격대 : 1인 약 30,000  전 회와 장어, 새우를 제외한 다른 모든 해물은 정말 싫어합니다. 특히 두족류는 혐오해요. 문어 오징어 낙지 쭈꾸미 이런거 징그러워서 싫어하는게 아닙니다. 그냥 싫어요. 맛없어서 다만 이 음식점은 다른 쭈꾸미들이랑 다릅니다.. 일단 크기부터 압도적이에요. 전 엄청 크길래 뭐야...질기겠네 했는데 또 엄청 부드럽구...양념도 정말 괜찮습니다. 저같이 두족류 싫어하는 사람도 잘먹을 정도라...좋아하지 않아도 그냥 저냥 먹는분들이면 다들 맛에있어선 좋아하실것 같습니다. 다만 시장 안에 있는 음식점이라 음식점 자체가 위생적이진 않아요. 위생수준이나 내부 구조는 딱 시장 중심부에 있는 막걸리 먹는 음식점 정도 떠올리시면 됩니다. 6. 귀족 주종목 : 족발 가격대 : 1인 약 20,000  족발이야 뭐 어디서 먹어도 맛있죠. 어떻게 조리해도 맛있구요. 다만 이 가게에서의 족발은 특유의 불향이 입혀져있어서, 타 족발에 비해 정말 맛있더라구요. 다른 메뉴 제끼고 먹을정도는 아니지만, 족발이 먹고싶다 하면 꽤나 추천할만한 곳입니다. 이정도로 정리되네요. 음....부가적으로 적으면 저기 올려놓은 음식점 말고 떠오르는건 중식당 강미루랑 정원, 주점 반뜰 이정도입니다. 사진이 없어서 따로 적지는 않았습니다. 게국지는...정말 이전에 드셔보셨고 맛있던데? 하는 분 아니면 추천하지 않습니다. 제 회사 동기들 중에 맛있다고 하는 사람을 본적이 없어요. 여기 근처 게장은 퀄리티에 비해 너무 비싸다는 평이 많아 한번도 먹어보지 않았음을 양해해주시길... 이정도면 동행자분께 욕은 먹지 않으시리라 생각하며 글을 마칩니다. 게국지는 왜 유명해진건지 모르겠는데 서산에선 대개 집에서 해먹어요. 저희 집도 게국지 자주 해먹는데 전 안먹음요. 너무 짜요. 김치찌개 사먹는 느낌이면 모르겠는데 가격도 비싸서 제 값 못할거 같습니다.
