그저께 강원도에 대설 특보가 있어서
눈보러 오전에 주문진 버스를 탔습니다
버스타고 주문진 가면서 눈이 가득 오는 설국을 기대했는데 강릉시까지 들어가야 눈발이 약간 날리더군요 ㅠ
눈이 거의 안와서 도착하고 바로 방문한 곳은 연곡 꾹저구탕 이라는 식당인데
강릉 지인분이 강추해서 가봤는데 삼대천왕에도 나왔었군요
사장님에게 물어보니 곧 국민남편이라는 방송으로 안정환 등등이 이거 먹으러 온다고 하네요 덜덜
꾹저구탕이 뭔가 했더니 강원도식 추어탕인데
요게 먹어보니 진짜 맛있더군요 제가 생선이나 추어탕을 절대 돈주고 안사먹는데
이건 한입 먹고 엄청 진국이라 바로 순삭해버렸습니다
감자밥이랑 말아 먹으니 리얼 강추급입니다 ;;;
탄수화물 성애자에게 천국이었던 감자 + 밥 이었네요 크크 꾹저구탕은 한솥에 끓여서 뚝배기에 퍼먹는 방식
밥 먹다가
살짝 부족해서
메밀전이랑 감자떡도 시켜서 먹었네요
메밀전은 특이하게 묵은지가 같이 구워져서 나오더라구요
감자떡도 진짜 오랜만에 잘먹은 느낌이었네요
밥 말아서 걸쭉하게 되는 해장국을 좋아하는데
꾹저구탕이 딱 그래서 진짜 괜춘했네요
꾹저구라는 민물고기를 갈아서 만드는데 신기하게도 생선 식감이 1도 없더군요
추어탕이랑은 맛이 달랐습니다 어른들이 완전 좋아할만한 맛이랄까요
밥을 먹는 도중에
눈이 확 오기 시작했는데
다 먹고 나오니 제법 쌓였더라구요
설국을 기대하고 왔긴 한데
저렇게 새차게 내리니 좀 무섭 ;;;
얼마전에 간 도깨비 해변이 식당서 3분 거리라 다시 가봤는데
이번엔 관광객 1도 없더라구요
저도 금방 보고 후퇴 ㅠ ㅜ
눈보러 간 강원도였는데
생각보다 많이 오니 어 이거 집에 어떻게 가지 망했어요 가 생각나더라구요 크크
눈보라를 잠깐 보고
근방의 아주 유명한 박이추 커피공장을 갔습니다
리얼 커피공장급 규모를 자랑하더라구요 덜덜
색다른 커피가 많아서 좋았네요
