연말을 맞아 포시즌스 호텔 11층에 위치한 중식집 유유안에 다녀왔습니다. 미슐랭 스타 음식점 첫 방문이기 때문에 매우 떨렸습니다.  입구에 들어서자마자 뭔가 위엄찬 고기 진열장같은게 있는데,, 베이컨같은게 걸려있어서 신기했습니다. 저런 요리는 먹어본적이 없는데!?  식사에 앞서서 '안먹어본 맛' '고오오오오급 맛'이 잔뜩 등장해주기를 두손 모아 기도하는 중입니다. 주말 딤섬 브런치 코스는 인터넷 가격으로는 9만원이었는데 이게 옛날거라 그런지 연말 특수로 가격 인상이 된 것인지 저는 12만원이었습니다. 대신 인터넷에 돌아다니는 메뉴판에는 없던 랍스타 찜과 나갈때 선물을 하나 줍니다. 그리고 기존 스프에 자연송이가 하나 풍덩 빠져있었습니다. 3만원 더 낸 값은 하는 것 같았습니다.  테이블 세팅은 이렇습니다. 주황색 젓가락은 공용 음식을 내 접시로 옮기는 용도, 옥색 수저는 내 음식을 먹는 용도라고 하는데,, 그냥 귀찮아서 동반자님과 옥색만으로 먹기로 합의했습니다. 지배인(으로 추정되는)님이 오셔서 물수건에는 수선화 향을 넣어봤다고 하십니다. 음식이나 차 향을 거스르지 않으면서 특별한 느낌을 줄 수 있는 향을 고르는 것이 큰 어려움이라고 합니다. //사진 없음// 코스의 첫번째 등장인물인 수정새우 하가우는 정신을 차리자 사라져있었기 때문에 찍지 못했습니다. 얘네도 분명히 노량진같은데서 새우 사올텐데 어떻게 이렇게 맛이 다를 수 있나... 가 코스 끝날때까지 머리속을 떠나지 않았습니다.  새우에 뭘 주사하나? 어떻게 이렇게 향긋하고 탱글탱글하지? 이런 촌스러운 대화를 이어나가는 중에 인기 #1이라는 트러플 입니다. 이런 고급진 곳에는 처음와본다는 티를 많이 내면 설명을 많이 해주시는듯 합니다. 아무튼 트러플 페이스트 위에 생 트러플을 얹었다는데.. 저는 사실 트러플은 잘 모르겠습니다  동반자님이 제일 마음에 들었다는 건두부 롤찜입니다. 건두부로 고기류와 버섯을 싸서 찐 것에 굴소스 베이스의 소스입니다. 개인적으로는 어마어마어마하게 고급스러운 류산슬의 맛이라고 생각했습니다.  샤오롱바오입니다. 소룡포라는게 원래 이렇게 위가 열려있는 모양인건가요? 이것이 미슐랭 스타쉐프의 기술인가!?  샤오롱바오를 관찰하는 도중에 두가지 메뉴가 더 도착했습니다. 찹쌀피 튀김만두와 춘권인데 분명 흔한 음식인데 맛이 묘하게 고급스럽습니다. 아는 음식인데 레벨이 다른 경우에 이걸 먹어본 맛이라고 해야되는가 안먹어본 맛이라고 해야되는가 논쟁이 있었습니다.  순무케이크입니다. 서빙하시는 분의 발음 문제인지 저희 귀가 문제인지 '산마' 라고 생각하고 먹었습니다. 솔직히 토란이라고 해도 믿었을 것 같습니다. 틀림없이 '안먹어본 맛'이긴 한데 ... 잘 모르겠습니다.  송이+해삼+닭+감자비슷한무엇인가... 가 들어간 수프입니다. 한입 먹자마자 아 이것은 '어른의 맛'이다 라는 느낌이 듭니다. 뭔가 교이쿠상이 좋아할 것 같은 느낌이기도 합니다. 살짝 배가 불렀왔는데 어른의 수프를 먹고 메인 메뉴를 맞이할 준비를 할 수 있게 되었습니다.  메인메뉴 1번타자 유유안의 시그니처메뉴 북경오리입니다. 주문하기 전에는 북경오리가 사실 이제 보기 어려운 음식도 아닌데 시그니처 메뉴라니 흠.... 하는 의구심도 사실 있었는데 깔끔하게 날아갔습니다. 다른 고급 음식점에서 북경오리를 안먹어본것도 아닌데 한입 먹자마자 "지금까지 내가 먹은 것은 북경오리가 아니다" 라는 생각에 도달합니다. 타 코스 주문시에 3만원을 추가하면 북경오리 5조각이 나오는건데 다음에는 무조건 북경오리 코스를 먹으러 오기로 결정했습니다. 저의 마음속 #1은 이 친구입니다.  메인메뉴 2번타자 광동식 랍스타 찜... ? 대충 그런 이름이었습니다. 가느다란 당면을 밑에 깔아두고 랍스타를 약간 맵게 쪄서 나오는 요리인데 이건 설명하기가 좀 어렵네요 아무튼 맛있습니다. '안먹어본 맛'인 동시에 '고오오오급 맛'입니다. 다음부터 바이킹스워프 가지말고 이걸 먹자고 정했습니다. // 사진없음// 이걸 먹은 후에는 새우볶음밥이 나오는데.. 아 저는 촌놈이라 그런지 짜장소스도 있었으면 좋겠고 그렇습니다. 게다가 아무리 고오오오급 맛이어도 그렇지 매운걸 먹은 후라 그런지 심심한 볶음밥이 약간 미스매치 아닌가 싶었습니다. 뭐 사실 이미 대만족한데다가 배가 적당히 불렀기 때문에 뭘 줬어도 괜찮았을 것 같지만 아무튼 밥을 조금 남김으로서 자존심을 지켰습니다.  디저트입니다. 수박 골드키위 메론 딸기 파인애플 푸딩같은것.. 인데 다른건 다 좋고 수박은 구렸습니다. 뭔가 중국음식다운 디저트.... 를 기대했는데 과일이라니!!!! 결론입니다. 미슐랭 스타 음식점은 이번이 처음이었는데 아쉬운점이 없는것은 아니지만 전체적으로 대만족했습니다. 제 마음속에 중국인이 한분 사시기 때문에 중국음식은 많이 먹어본 편이라고 생각하는데 미슐랭 스타 거저 주는게 아니라는것을 확실히 느꼈습니다.
