가끔 접대할 일이 있을 때 가서 먹는 참치집입니다. 네이버에 딱 하나 있는 유일한 리뷰 블로그입니다. http://lily2you.blog.me/40109241480 (이건 좀 오래된 듯.. 지금은 바로 뒷 골목 1층으로 이전했어요. 가격도 올랐어요 ㅡㅡ;;) 아저씨와 할배의 경계선에 서 계신 주방장 삼촌의 소심하면서도 친절한 설명과 4인 기준 스페셜 코스 8만원, 10만원의 패기로우면서 심각한 부담은 되지 않는 밸런스 잡힌 가격. 김제시의 몇군데 없는 참치집 중에선 가장 맛있습니다. 저도 살면서 참치 먹어본게 간신히 두자리 수 된거 같아서 잘은 모르지만, 데리고 간 사람들은 맛있다고 했습니다. (나름 중국 출장도 자주 다니는 '사업하는 분' 을 모시고 갔을 때도, 술마실 때 꼭 참치집에서 먹는 참치매니아도 맛있다고 했습니다.) 장점이라면, 초밥이 따땃하게 나오는데, 초밥은 확실히 제가 먹어본 초밥 중에서는 가장 맛있었습니다. (먹어본게 거의 결혼식, 돌잔치, 가끔 홈플러스나 스시990이긴 합니다;;) 차갑지 않고 따뜻하게 나오는데 식감이 참 부드럽고, 와사비 맛은 약하면서 산미가 풍부합니다. 그리고 작년 이맘때쯤에 갔을 때는 알바가 미인이었습니다. 사장님도 느낌 괜찮은 사람입니다. 저는 삼촌이라고 부릅니다.
