안녕하세요. 전 고향이 청주이고 서울/수원 등등 방랑하였지만, 지금은 대전에 살고 있습니다. 이제 한 5년 정도 되었네요. 처음 대전 왔을 때, 맛집이 정말 없더라고요. 가격은 서울 물가인데 왜 맛집은 이리도 없나 하는 생각에, 정보 얻으러 이 곳에도 몇번 들어왔었습니다. 하지만 홍차넷에 대전분이 없는 건지, 진짜 맛집이 없는 건지, 올라온 게시글이 많지 않더라고요 흐흐. 지금도 보니까 4~5개 정도 올라온 것 같습니다. 똑똑똑 대전 분들 계신가요? 저도 얼마 안 된 대전 새내기입니다만, 가보고 괜찮았던 곳이 생기면 좀 올려볼까 합니다. 그 첫 번째는 낙지/쭈꾸미 샤브샤브를 팔고 있는 "일미 쭈꾸미" 입니다. (대전광역시 서구 탄방동 87-2) 이 가게는 전혀 유명한 가게가 아닙니다. 엄청 특별한 맛을 내는 집도 아니고, 또한 방송 맛집도 아닙니다. 그렇다면 왜 이 가게를 추천하는가? 제 생각엔 기본기가 매우 충실한 가게라서 대전에서 낙지/쭈꾸미 샤브샤브가 생각 날 때 가장 먼저 떠오르는 가게이기 때문입니다. 1. 일단 재료에서 "생" 낙지, 쭈꾸미를 사용하고, 2. 그 육수는 정도를 걷고 있으며, 3. 밑반찬은 간소하지만 정갈합니다. 가게의 메인은 딱 2개 밖에 없습니다. 쭈꾸미 또는 낙지 샤브샤브. 전골 및 주물럭도 있습니다만, 먹어본 적 없습니다. 무조건 샤브샤브입니다. 가격은 조금 셉니다. 중짜가 3만원, 대짜가 4만원 입니다. 3~4명이면 중짜 시키시면 됩니다. 왜냐하면 나중에 볶음밥, 라면도 반드시 맛 보셔야 하는데 대짜 먹으면 못 먹거든요. 대전에서 3~4명 먹는 가격으론 비싼 것도 아니죠 사실. 주문 및 먹는 과정은 먼저 샤브샤브를 시키면 냄비육수가 나오고, 끓을 때 살아 있는 낚지와 쭈꾸미를 가져와 넣어 주십니다. 조금 뒤에 짤라주시고, 그럼 바로 드시면 되요. 오래 익히면 질겨집니다. 끝. 크크크 샤브샤브라 이게 끝이네요. 아, 머리는 좀 더 익혀서 드시면 됩니다. 머리를 먹으면 먹물이 나오면서, 국물도 검은색으로 됩니다. 이 때 라면을 시키시면 되요. 그럼 훌륭한 먹물 라면이 됩니다. 제 개인적인 평이지만, 이 집의 먹물 라면이 이태리 레스토랑의 1~2만원짜리 먹물 파스타보다 훨씬 맛있습니다. 면을 넣을 때 한 번 삶아서 기름끼 빠진 면을 넣어주기에, 라면에 거부감 있으신 분들도 거부감 없이 먹을 만 합니다. 마지막으론 볶음밥인데, 이 집은 볶음밥도 매우 맛있으니 라면은 1개만 드시고 볶음밥 드시기 바랍니다. 이 집이 무슨 서울에 계시는 분이 굳이 맛집 탐방하며 와야하는 그런 가게도 아니고, 낙지/쭈꾸미 샤브샤브가 대전의 특색있는 전통 요리는 더욱 더 아닙니다. 서해안에 계시는 분들은 더 맛있는 샤브샤브를 드시고 있을 거에요. 하지만 대전 또는 근방에 계시는 분이 낙지/쭈꾸미 샤브샤브를 외식하겠다고 나가신다면 적극 추천드립니다. 한 가지 덧붙이자면, 가시기 전에 전화를 하시는 것이 좋습니다. 사람이 북적북적하고 줄서서 먹는 그런 집은 아닌데, 위 구글뷰 사진을 보시면 아시겠지만 가게 자체가 테이블 4~5개 정도로 굉장히 작으며, 그날 그날 들어오는 낙지/쭈꾸미에 따라서 영업을 고무줄로 하십니다 ;; 또한 탄방동임에도 상당히 사람 안 올 것 같은 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 저도 누가 알려주지 않았으면 올 일이 없었을 거에요. 주차 공간도 없습니다, 아아 아쉽게도 사진도 없네요. 나중에 다시 다녀오면 사진도 찍어서 추가하겠습니다. 한 번 드셔보세요!
