일단 홈피 링크 투척합니다. https://vatika.modoo.at/ 사진은 없습니다. 먹는데 집중하느라 촬영은 아웃오브안중이었어요. 이 집을 추천하는 이유는 난과 커리가 맛있기 때문입니다. 얼마나 어떻게 맛있는지 설명 들어갑니다. 물론 취향에 따라서 평은 갈릴 수 있으니 제 취향도 자세히 쓸게요. 난은 보통 질기다는 선입견이 있었어요. 우리나라에서 먹는 인도커리집 난은 대부분, 질기고 소화가 잘안되서 불편했거든요. 거기다가 플레인난을 시켰는데도 기름범법에 느끼해서...으.... 그런데 여기는 난이 바삭하고, 쫄깃하고, 안 느끼하고, 깔끔하고, 고소해요. 갈릭난은 마늘향이 향긋하고 버터를 딱 적당량만 써서 풍미는 살려주면서 안 느끼해요. 서울-대전권에 인도커리집을 꽤 가봤는데 최고의 난이었어요. 저는 인도커리를 별로 안 좋아했어요. 느끼하고, 맛이 불분명해서... 요거트나 크림이 듬뿍 들어간 커리를 별로 안 좋아하거든요. 느끼하지 않으려고 고기가 없는 시금치커리를 시켰는데 더 느끼해!! 치즈-요거트 죽에 시금치를 말아놓은거 같아!! 그런데 여기는 결코 느끼하지 않고 향신료나 주재료의 맛이 분명하면서 부드럽고 섬세한 커리였어요. 그리고 내부가 에스닉하고 화사한 인테리어에 깨끗하고 서빙보시는 여사장분이 자연스럽고 부드럽게 서빙을 잘 해주셔서 분위기도 좋았습니다. 인도커리를 먹고나서 속이 이렇게 편하기도 처음이네요. 부대끼지 않고 느끼하지도 않고 정말 맛있게 먹은 느낌. 단점은 커리양이 넉넉하진 않아요. 20대시거나 넉넉히 먹기를 원하시면 크게 추천하진 않습니다. 진하고 강한 맛을 좋아하시는 분들께는 비추! 섬세하고 부드러운 맛을 좋아하시는 분들께 추천!
