  홍대 상권이 예전같지 않다고 하지만 연남쪽 라인은 아직 여전한 듯 합니다. 오픈런을 안 하면 웨이팅이 대책없이 길어지는 오코노미야끼 전문점이구요, 먼저 이번에 맛본 메뉴는 토마스소스 새우 오코노미야끼(14,500) 돼지고기 클래식 야끼소바(12,500) 산토리 프리미엄 몰츠(9,000) 한국식으로 데리야끼소스 듬뿍 마요네즈 듬뿍 들어가는 방식 보다는 보다 건강한 맛입니다. 오코노미야끼와 야끼소바 전부 일본에서 먹어본 맛과 유사하다고 느꼈습니다. 오코노미야끼 반죽에 밀가루 대신 100%마가 들어간다고 하시는데, 역시 밀가루가 맛있습니다. 대신 상대적으로 부드럽고, 술을 쭉쭉 마셔도 부담이 없는 가벼운 느낌입니다. 매장 분위기가 오코노미야끼집 답지 않게 실버톤으로 깔끔히 예쁘구요, 음악도 쿵쿵 울리게 나오는데 요새 젊은이들이 환장할만합니다. 오코노미야끼 찐맛집을 찾아서 방문한다기 보다는 소개팅 삼프터 쯤, 혹은 사귄지 이주 쯤 됐을때 괜찮은 곳 있다고 생색내기 좋은 식당 느낌입니다. 홍대점/연남점 두 곳 매장이 있는데, 둘 다 17시 오픈 전부터 줄 서고, 주말에는 19시쯤 방문하면 보통 앞에 10-15팀에 거의 식사 못한다고 보시면 됩니다. 홍대점은 예약이 불가한것으로 알고, 연남점은 하루에 세팀쯤 예약 받는 것 같은데, 예약 하고 방문하시기를 추천드립니다. 철판이 있는 다찌 자리와 일반 테이블이 있는데 다찌 자리 아니면 영 느낌이 없으니 유의하세요!
