날이 더워져서 대동면옥에 다시 방문했습니다. 육수인지 면수인지 늘 햇갈리는 맛입니다. 일단 수육을 주문했습니다. 수육은 부드럽고 고소합니다. 하지만 후추는 알아서 뿌려먹도록 해줫으면. 냉면입니다. 대구 냉면집 중에서는 가장 슴슴한 맛입니다. 그래도 서울의 냉면집에 비하면 간이 된 편입니다. 위에 대동면옥 소개해주셔서 너무 감사합니다. 몇 안되는... 식당과 관련된 기억이 진하게 남아 있는 곳이랍니다. 어릴적에 아버지 따라서 갔었는데요..
예전에 이 곳 근처에 대구 섬유산업 관련 기계공업 부품회사들이 모여 있었던 걸로 기억하는데요. 그래서 위에 설명처럼 꼭꼭 숨어있어도 아는 사람은 다 아는 곳이었지요. 근처에 섬유회관도 있구요. 지금은 돌아가셔서 더 기억에 남는 듯 싶어요. 저도 이 집의 육수인지 면수인지 너무 헷갈려하면서 좋아했어요. 제가 갔었을때는 멧돌에서 메밀을 직접 갈았었어요. 신기해서 그 때 일하시는 분께 여쭈었던 기억이 나거든요. 과장하셔서 말씀하셨는지 기억이 뒤틀린 건지 모르... 더 보기

아래는 함께 소개해드리자면... 블로그 중에서 아마 대구의 맛집을 이 분만큼 소개 잘하시는 분도 드물지 싶어요. 글 읽다보니...대동면옥이랑 대구 시내 유서깊은 맛집 총정리를 해 놓으셨는데 맛은 시대에 따라서 변천하는 것이겠지만.... 추억이 담겨져있고 역사에 담겨져 있는 곳이니 그런 의미에서도 이런 오래된 곳도 잘 유지 되었음해요. 다음에 대구 갈 일이 있으면 꼭 다시 가봐야겠어요.

아래는 함께 소개해드리자면... 블로그 중에서 아마 대구의 맛집을 이 분만큼 소개 잘하시는 분도 드물지 싶어요. 글 읽다보니...대동면옥이랑 대구 시내 유서깊은 맛집 총정리를 해 놓으셨는데 맛은 시대에 따라서 변천하는 것이겠지만.... 추억이 담겨져있고 역사에 담겨져 있는 곳이니 그런 의미에서도 이런 오래된 곳도 잘 유지 되었음해요. 다음에 대구 갈 일이 있으면 꼭 다시 가봐야겠어요.
