序言 자동차 허브링 판매는 어린나이에 적지 않은 성공을 가져왔지만, 그 뒤 몇차례 또 다른 사업 성공후 너무나 기고 만장해있었습니다. (다른 성공썰은 나중에 쓰겠습니다, 과거부터 해왔지만 지금껏 하고 있는 일은 아쉽게도 못올릴것 같습니다) 돈을 막쓰진 않았지만, 뭐든 해도 성공할것 같은 자신감이 충만했죠. 마음대로 판단하고 뭘하던 돈을 벌수 있을거 같은 이상한 자신감이 있었죠. 어머니가 화원 가꾸는건 취미로 하시는데 조그만한 다육식물에 한참 빠져서 농원?화원?에 몇번 픽업을 간적이 있었는데, 자그만 미니 화분이 몇천원에서 비싸면 만원 단위 까지 한다는것이였습니다! 물론 친절히 박스에 xx산이나xxx산 써있는건 덤이고요. 저는 속으로 저거 어짜피 xx산이나 xxx산 아닌가? 그렇게 비싼게 말이 되나?물론 제 예상은 맞았고, 자그만 미니 화분 현지 도매 단가가 개당50-70원, 미니화분치고 큰것도 300-500원을 넘지 않았네요. 일단 물량을 500만원 단위로 끈어서 수입해서 팔자 해서 총 자본 1500만원 투입 3번에 나눠어서 한국으로 수입하기 시작했습니다. 당시 한국엔 너무나 멋도 없고 이상한 미니화분만 팔았었는데, 전 소량 다품종으로 대단히 다양하게 들여왔습니다. 반응 좋은 물건으로 더 들여오면 되니까요. 팔 자신도 있었고요. 그런데 여기에서 문제가 생길줄이야.... 事件发端 누가 봐도 화분처럼 생겼다면 통관할때 문제는 전혀 안됩니다, 하지만 화분인지 컵인지 구분이 약간 안되는 물건들이 문제였습니다. 사람 입을 통할 물건이면 식품검역이란 까다로운 절차를 패스 해야되거든요. 식품 검역도 한개만 샘플로 받는게 아닌, 품목별로 받아야하는 법규가 있더군요, 위에 글 기억하시죠, 저에 경우엔 소량 다 품종… 제가 화분이라고 말한다고 해도, package list에 화분이라고 써있어도 관세청 판단하기에 아니라고 하면 우겨도 어찌할 도리가 없더군요. 계속 보세창고에 묶여있어서....창고료는 계속 나가지..결국엔 원수입국으로 되돌아가는 비용이 더 비싸서 폐기를 선택하게되었습니다. 물론 폐기 비용도 내야죠. 시작도 하기 전에 원가 500만원 원가+폐기비용+창고료+운송비가 나갔습니다. 高潮 현지에서 핸들링및 검수를 제대로 하지 않은 제 잘못이 그냥 100%입니다만, 그냥 돈주고 사람을 시키면 안된다는걸 뼈져리게 느꼈습니다. 수많은 미니 화분이 package list 수량과 실 수량이 판이 하게 틀렸고, 문제는 현지에서 온 흙까지 뭍히고 올줄이야... 물론 보세창고에서 현지 흙 털어내고 통관되냐는 제가 헛소리까지 했지만 기각되고.. 결국 원가 500만원+폐기비용+창고료+운송비 또 나가게 되었습니다. 事件解决 여태껏 날린돈이 얼만데라는 생각으로 제가 직접 현지에 가서 핸들링 검수 까지 직접 다 했습니다 비행기값이랑 숙소 기타 등등으로 2나라 가는 비용으로 300만원 넘게 소요. 결국 마지막 500만원 어치는 정상적으로 들어와서 판매완료 다행히 유행이 불때라 금방 팔아치우긴 했네요. 기념삼아 집에 몇백개 어머니께 선물로드 드리고요. 结尾 결국 나중에 계산해보니 아슬아슬하게 손해 안보는 선에서 털수 있었습니다. 제가 어릴때부터 이짓을 너무나 많이 해서, 기억이 왜곡될수 있지만, 한번쯤은 아마 운송비 안들고 들여온것 같기도 하네요. 아직도 화원가꾸기와 다육식물을 사랑하시는 어머니의 수백개의 화분을 볼때마다 이 추억이 떠오르곤 합니다. * Toby님에 의해서 티타임 게시판으로부터 게시물 복사되었습니다 (2018-10-10 01:15) * 관리사유 : 추천게시판으로 복사합니다.
