기업들이 사업을 참 구멍가게처럼한다.. 아니 그만도 못한다.. 라는 생각이 들었습니다. 생각해보면 살면서 제게 경제를 가르치려 했던 사회선생님들이나 경제학자들은 규제가 시장을 망가뜨릴거라고만 떠들었어요. 그리고 사람은 시장에 적응한다고 했죠. 근데 가만히 생각해보면.. 거시적으로 사람이 죽어나가도 적응해나가는 방향인건 맞는데 왜 기업은 규제에 적응하지 못하나 싶은거에요. 뭐랄까, 사업이라는게.. 어떤방식으로든 결국 파는 것에 대해 이문을 남기는 것이고 이문은 수요공급의 법칙도 중요하지만 그 사람이 파는 상품의 가치 자체가 어느정도 영향을 끼치는 관계라고 생각하는데요. 처음에는 사람을 막 굴리고 쓰고 버리고, 싼것만 골라쓰고, 사원 복지니 교육이니 신경안써도 되고, 규모로 들이대면 작은 상권 잡아먹고 이문 굴러가는게 가능했다면 지금은 그러면 안되는 시대 같은데 기업들은 맨날 온갖 유능한 스펙으로 무장한 사람들 수억씩 줘가며 경영을 하네 마네 하지만 결국 아직도 저런 사업모델을 하게 해달라고 우는소리 하는 것으로만 보여요. 왜 기업은 규제에 적응하지 않을까요? 개인은 다 그거에 맞춰서 사는데. 이윤이 떨어지면 규제때문이아니라 시대에 맞춰서 사업모델을 개발하지 못한 경영진의 책임이 아닌가. 현실적으로 말이 안된다고 하는데 제 생각에는 현실적이라는 소리를 입에 담을거면 수억의 연봉을 받고 그 이상의 성과급을 받고 외제차와 수행비서와 온갖 자본주의의 향락을 누릴 생각도 하지 말아야죠. 비현실적인 부를 누리면서 사업은 현실적으로 한다니. 그 돈을 받고 그런 대우를 받는다면 현실적인 조건을 따질게 아니라 현실적인 조건을 넘어설 혁신, 모델을 만드는게 그 사람들의 일일거 같은데. 그런것도 못하면서 그런 대우를 받는거야말로 부당하지 않나.. 물론 이런 기준을 들이댔을때 살아남을 기업이 거의 없지 않냐 싶지만, 사람들도 죽어나가면서, 뼈 깎으면서 빠르게 변하는 세상에 적응하는데 기업은 왜 맨날 규제하면 죽어요 소리만 하는지 모르겠어요. 유능한 사업가(라는게 존재한다면)라면 규제를 쳐 맞기전에 기업을 더 적극적으로 혁신해 나갔어야 하지 않나. 세부적으로 분석한다면 '현실적인 조건들'이라고 부를만한 것들, 직원으로 쓸만한 사람들의 일반적 역량수준과 사회수준의 관계라던가, 마켓의 규모와 상품가격, 단기적인 이익과 중장기적 이익에 대한 방법론적 차이, 새로운 수요를 위한 기술이나 아이디어를 개발해내고 적정한 가격을 받는 것에 대한 어려움 등 많은 문제가 있겠지만서도.. 사업을 한다는건 결국 이런것들을 이겨낼 수 있을때 할 수 있는게 아닌가.. 사람 좀 쥐어 짜고 하청단가 좀 후려치며 주주들 안빠져나가게 하기 급급한 회사들이 사회적으로 중요한 상품을 공급하고 시장과 경제규모의 일익을 담당한다고 해서 그게 투기세력의 재산보호 말고 무슨 의미가 있나.. 뭐 그런 생각이듭니다. 그래서 결론이 뭐냐면.. 사업가랍시고 거들먹 거리고 싶으면 그럴 만한 사업모델을 만들고 해 내라는것.. 그런거 못하면서 인건비가 비싸네 규제가 많네 같은 볼멘소리좀 안했으면. 그 월급에 일하다 죽겠어서 못하겠다고 하면 다 패 죽여버리라고 악다구니를 쓰면서.. * 수박이두통에게보린님에 의해서 티타임 게시판으로부터 게시물 복사되었습니다 (2017-12-11 08:15) * 관리사유 : 추천 게시판으로 복사합니다.
