날이 너무 덥다보니 가끔 찬물을 틀었는데 온수가 나오곤 합니다. 그러다 문득 옜 생각이 나서 재미있는 에피소드 하나 소개하려 합니다. 08년 5월쯤, 어느 한 부대의 군견막사에 24인용 텐트 5동, 샤워장, 화장실등등을 만들고 있었습니다. 1개 중대가 3달동안 생활할 공간이였는데, 아무것도 없는 군견막사 공터에서 생활 하려니 이만저만 힘든게 아니였습니다. 그 중에 가장 힘든건 샤워시설이였는데 군견막사라 따로 물이 나오는것도 아니라 마땅한 샤워시설도 찾을 수 없었고, 그렇다고 매번 다른 부대의 샤워시설을 이용할 수 없는 노릇이였습니다. 거기에 또 이번에 진행하는 일에 MBC 방송국, 지역방송국, 신문기자, 국방부장관, 사단장, 국회의원까지 방문하는 일이라 아주 꼼꼼히 만들어야만 했죠. 한참 무더운 날, 샤워장을 만들고 있었습니다. 대략 어떤 식이였냐면  기본적으로 외관은 24인용 텐트였고, 쇠파이프에 수돗꼭지를 용접하고 그 쇠파이프를 언덕에 있는 수조와 연결하는 방식이였습니다. 어느 날 사단장이 왔습니다.. 개토식이라고 해서 유해발굴 작업 시작하는 행사를 하면 국방부장관, 국회의원 수 많은 별들이 오기때문에 미리 점검차 내려온것이겠죠. 그리고 쭉 막사를 둘러보더니 샤워장으로 가봅니다. 그리고 수돗꼭지를 틀더니 콸콸콸 물이 쏟아지며 사단장의 입가에 미소가 번집니다. "온수가 나오는구만, 수고했네. 부대원들이 아주 고생이 많았겠어. 전원 하나도 빠짐 없이 휴가 다녀오도록 하게." 하면서 휴가증을 뿌리고 가셨습니다. 사실 저 수조에 온수장치 같은건 없습니다. 외국에 수영장 없는 집에서 마당에다 놓고 쓰는 큰 수영풀이 있을겁니다. 그거랑 똑같습니다. 거기에 강원도의 뜨거운 여름 땡볕이 물을 사정없이 데우기 시작하는거죠. 그렇게 물이 뜨거워진 상태에서 사단장님이 수돗꼭지를 틀었으니 당연히 온수가 나오는것 아니겠습니까? 하하하.. 여담으로 고생하는 부대원들에게 쿨하게 휴가증을 뿌리시고 가신 사단장님, 너무 쿨하셨는지 간첩에게도 작계를 뿌리시고 가시는 바람에 이등병 신분으로 교도소에 들어가셨다는.... * 수박이두통에게보린님에 의해서 티타임 게시판으로부터 게시물 복사되었습니다 (2016-09-05 09:32) * 관리사유 : 추천 게시판으로 복사합니다.
