사실 이 이야기는 너무 길어서 어떤 기준에서 어떻게 정리를 해야할지 잘 모르겠었읍니다. 다만 이 이슈는 워낙에 큰 이슈라서 정치 잘 모르는 분들도 '그거 무슨 이슈야?'라고 관심을 보이시는 경우가 종종 있는데 너무 방대하고 너무 사족이 많아서 저도 뭐라 요약해서 설명하기가 어렵더라고요. 하지만 정치 잘 모르는 분들도 이 이슈를 언젠가는 팔로잉을 하셔야할 시점이 올텐데 언제쯤 이 이슈를 팔걷어붙이고 대충 적어봐야겠다고 생각은 했습니다만 이 이슈가 아예 아무 이슈도 되지 않고 그냥 사라질 시점이 오는것 아닌가 하는 생각마저도 조금은 들던 와중에 그래도 의미가 있다고 평가할만한 보도가 지난주, 그리고 이번주에도 좀 있었던것 같아서 그래도 한번 정리를 해봐야겠다고 오늘 팔을 좀 걷어붙였읍니다. 오늘 아침, CBS 김광일 정치부 기자가, '명태균 이슈가 너무 방대해서 뭐라 따라오기 힘든분들이 많으실텐데 이 세개가 딱 핵심입니다.' 하고 이 세개를 짚더라고요. 1 김건희 여사 공천 개입의혹 2 여론조사 조작 혹은 여론조사를 매개로 한 불법정치자금 수수, 1의 공천 개입으로 연결 여부 3 경남 창원 지역에 산업단지 조성과 관련하여 미공개 정보를 미리 획득하고 이용했는지 여부 그래서 저도 대충 이 세개를 따라 가고 나머지는 쳐내기로 했습니다. 나머지중에 뭔가 중요한게 떠오른다면, 그때가서 다시 고민하죠 뭐. [명태균 이야기는 애초에 왜이렇게 길어졌나] 자 그럼 왜 이 이야기가 이렇게 긴지에 대해(.....) 얘기해보겠습니다. 명태균이라는 인물은 매우 말이 많습니다. 그리고 오만군데에 다 들쑤시고 다니면서 '내가 그 오만군데에 다 영향력을 끼치고 다 당선되게 해줬다'라는 거짓말을 하는게 매우 일상화된 인간입니다. 명태균 본인이 본인 입으로 떠들고 다닌 바에 따르면 이준석이 국힘 대표가 된것도 명태균 덕분이며 윤석열이 대통령 된것도 명태균 덕입니다. 그뿐 아니라, 김영선이 국회의원이 된것도 명태균 덕분이며 김진태가 강원도지사에 당선된것도 명태균 덕이고 박완수가 경남도지사에 당선된것도 명태균 덕분입니다. 그리고 명태균은 이 모든 의혹들에 대해 '나름의 스토리를 엮어 설명하는' 특징이 있습니다. '나름의 증거도 제시해가며 열변을 토하는' 사람입니다. 하지만 대체로 거짓말입니다. 그중 한 예로, 명태균이 '본인이 어떻게 이준석을 국힘 대표로 만들었는지'에 대해 매우 장황하게 스스로 설명한바가 있습니다. 하지만 그에대해서는 다루지 않겠습니다. 그리고 사실 정치에 조금만 관심있었던 분들은 이준석이 어떻게 대표가 되었는지 다 아실겁니다. 그거, 이준석 본인이 잘해서 된겁니다. 명태균이 끼어들 틈 따위 사실 없었음. 그리고 이준석이 어떤 놈입니까 세상에서 자기가 제일 똑똑한줄 아는 사람으로 둘째가라면 매우 서러워할 사람인데 그런 사람이 ㅋㅋㅋ 명태균 따위에게 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 고작 여론조사 결과 쪼가리 몇장 받아봤다고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 당대표 출마결심을 할리가 ㅋㅋㅋ 없잔항요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아무튼 본인은 내가 이준석을 대표만들었다고 주장하며 어느어느 여론조사에 어느어느 뭐시기 저시기 합니다만 막상 그 무렵에 발표되었던 여조 전체를 갖다놓고 일일이 날짜따져보기 시작하면 명태균의 말은 앞뒤가 안맞읍니다. 명태균이 그래서 뭘 주장했고, 그 주장이 어떻게 틀린지에 대해서는 굳이 상세하게 적지 않겠읍니다. 선생님들의 집중력은 명태균의 헛소리들이 어떻게 틀린지를 일일이 따져가며 검증하는데 소비되기에, 너무 귀중합니다. 그리고 명태균이 뭘 주장했다고 한들 그게 본인이 본인 입 스스로 주장한것도 있지만 많은 부분은 강혜경씨가 '명태균이 그렇게 떠벌리는걸 들었다'는 형식으로 전언의 전언 형식으로 전해지기도 하고 그렇기 때문에 더욱 들여다볼 가치가 적고... 아무튼 그렇습니다. 물론 평소에도 정치에 관심이 많으시고 직접 이슈를 팔로잉할 여력이 있고 관심이 많으신 분들은 제가 이런 뻘글을 쓰지 않아도 직접 이슈 팔로잉이 가능하실 것입니다. 저도 사실 이런 정치 이슈를 팔로잉하는데 있어 저보다 관심을 많이 쏟는 사람을 흔히 볼수 없노라고 스스로 자부하는 편입니다만 명태균은 정말 기념비적으로 노이즈가 많은 인물이며, 이런 노이즈 덩어리는, 대한민국 헌정사에 다시는 나오지 말아야한다고 생각합니다. 애초에 지금 명태균이 저런 개소리를 계속 시전하고 다닐수 있는 이유는 어쩌면, 이 사람이, 검찰은 계속해서 뜨뜻미지근할것이라고 확신하기 때문일지도 모릅니다. 지금 이 이슈가 뉴스토마토 보도로 처음 수면위로 떠오르기 시작한게 벌써 7주가 넘었습니다 (첫보도가 9월 5일...) 명태균 진짜 진즉에 구속되어 구치소 안으로 사라졌어야 할 인물임... ㅇㄱㄹㅇ... 시민들의 집중력 역시 한정된 자원이며 매우 귀중한 자원입니다. 그런 귀중한 자원들이 한낱 저런 쓰레기 같은 놈에게 소비되느라 의정갈등같은 더 귀중하고 의미있는 주제들이 시민들의 입도마에 오르지 못했습니다. 차라리 한국시리즈가 이슈가 되었다면 좋았을지도. 암튼 그래서, 딱 이 세개만 볼것입니다. 1 김건희 여사 공천 개입의혹 2 여론조사 조작 혹은 여론조사를 매개로 한 불법정치자금 수수 --> 공천 개입으로 연결 여부 3 경남 창원 지역에 산업단지 조성과 관련하여 미공개 정보를 미리 획득하고 이용했는지 여부 그리고 마지막으로 '검찰의 역할'에 대해서 조금 얘기하고 글을 접겠읍니다. [1 김건희 여사 공천 개입의혹] 1은 아주 초반부터 제기된 의혹입니다. 지난 총선때 김영선 의원이 기자회견을 하겠다고 공지까지 했다가 회견을 취소한적이 있었는데 그때 도덕책 뭘 폭로하려 했었는가? 하는 의문에서부터 출발한 것인데 쟁점은 김건희 여사가, 22년 지방선거 공천과 24년 총선 공천에 개입했는가 여부입니다. 확실한것은, 김영선 의원은 지난 지방선거와 함께 치러진 재보궐 선거에서 본인이 창원 국회의원 공천을 받은 것에 대해 명태균의 공을 뚜렷하게 인정했고, 그래서 본인 세비의 절반을 명태균에게 매달 지급했다는 것입니다. (다만 이 '세비의 절반'은 방법이 좀 어처구니가 없어서 그렇지 사실 의원들이 그렇게 당선되고나서 공이 뚜렷한 사람들에게는 보좌관 직책도 주고 보좌관 월급도 받게끔 해주는데 이 보좌관 월급이, 의원 세비의 절반보다도 셉니다. ㅋㅋ 때문에, 명태균이 국회의원 세비의 절반을 강탈한건 심플하게 '명태균이 신불자라서, 보좌관으로 채용될수 없는 처지였기 때문이다'는 분석도 있습니다.) 명태균은 이 공천을 받기위해, 김건희 여사에게 로비를 했고, 그 로비의 결과로 김건희 여사가 당시 재보궐 공천위원장이었던 윤상현 의원을 통해 공천과정에 개입하여 김영선 의원에게 공천을 줬다고 김영선 의원에게 주장했습니다. 윤상현 의원 / 당시 국힘 당대표였던 이준석 의원은 모두 해당 의혹은 근거가 없다고 하며, 김영선 의원은 당시 헌정이래 경남지역에서 당선된 지역구 의원중에 여성이 한명도 없었다는 것이 이슈였기 때문에 다선의원 경력이 있는 김영선의원을 해당지역에 공천하는 것은 나름 합리적이었다고 주장합니다. 해당내용은 검찰의 수사를 통해 밝혀져야합니다. 명태균과 김건희는 당시 어떤 대화를 나누었는지 김건희가 윤상현/이준석에게 압력을 행사했는지 에 대해서는 수사가 이뤄져야할 사안. [2 여론조사 조작 혹은 여론조사를 매개로 한 불법정치자금 수수 --> 공천 개입으로 연결 여부] 이 건은 지난 주말(10월19일 보도)에 꽤 의미있는 보도가 한겨레21을 통해 나왔다고 생각합니다. https://h21.hani.co.kr/arti/politics/politics_general/56239.html 보도의 내용은, 지난 대선때, 명씨가 대선 직전 열흘동안 매일매일 여론조사를 돌려 그 내용을 윤석열 후보 캠프에 제공했는데 그 여론조사를 돌리는데 소요되는 비용 1억 2천만원을 충당하기 위해 지난 지방선거에서, 국민의힘 예비후보로 등록하고 공천을 받기 위해 노력하던 예비후보 ㄱ ㄴ에게 지방선거 공천을 약속하고 그 댓가로 두사람으로부터 각각 6천만원씩을 받았다는 것입니다. 하지만 ㄱ ㄴ씨는 약속된 공천을 받지 못했고, 그래서 이 돈을 반환해달라고 명씨와 김영선씨에게 요구했으며 김영선씨는 1차로 각각 3천만원씩을 두사람에게 반환한뒤 다시 미래한국연구소를 거쳐 6천만원을 추가 반환하며 총 1억2천만원을 두사람에게 돌려줬다는 것입니다.  그리고 뉴스타파는, 어제 아침 (10월 27일) 지난 지방선거 국면에서 국민의힘을 탈당하고, 총선국면에서는 다시 민주당에 입당한바 있는 신용한 전 서원대 석좌교수로 부터 제보를 받아 윤석열 대선캠프의 정책총괄지원실장을 지낼 당시 명태균이 윤석열 캠프에 제공한것으로 보이는 보고서와 완전히 동일한 내용이 담긴 파일을 당시 윤석열 캠프로부터 전달받았다며 당시 전달받은 파일들이 담긴 외장하드를 제시했습니다. https://newstapa.org/article/7AyOc 윤석열 후보와 명태균이 공모해서 1억2천만원이 소요된 여론조사 내용을 받았다고 하면 정치자금법 위반 / 공직선거법 위반이 되며 공모 행위가 없었다고 한들 무상으로 기부받은 것이라면 역시 정치자금법 위반이 되며 여론조사 비용 지출을 면제받은 것이라면 공직에 취임할 예정인 사람이 사전에 뇌물을 수수한 경우에 해당할지에 대해 역시 수사가 필요한 상황입니다. [3 경남 창원 지역에 산업단지 조성과 관련하여 미공개 정보를 미리 획득하고 이용했는지 여부] 경남창원지역에 산업단지가 조성된다는 계획은 지난 23년 3월 국무회의를 통해 발표되었으며 총 사업비 1조4천억원이 소요되는 계획입니다. 명태균씨는 이 산업단지와 관련하여 산단부지 주변에 부동산을 매입해 시세차익을 노린것이 아닌가 하는 의혹의 대상이기도 합니다. https://h21.hani.co.kr/arti/politics/politics_general/56270.html 한겨레21은 이번주말(10월26일) 보도된 기사를 통해 명태균씨가 산단조성계획 발표 5달 전부터 창원시 공무원들로부터 대외비 문서들을 보고받았으며 해당 자리에서 공무원들에게 추진인력에 관한 내용 / 부지 구역에 관한 내용을 집중적으로 물어봤다는 내용을 보도했습니다. 명씨는 이 미공개 정보들을 활용하여, 동업자 강씨를 통해 산단부지주변 부동산을 매입했다는 의혹을 받고 있습니다. 해당 동업자 강씨는 계획 발표 두달전, 부지 근처 건물을 매입한것으로 확인되었으며 익명의 공인중개사로부터 강씨가 근처에 위치/규모 미상의 임야 역시 매입했다는 제보도 받았다고 한겨레21이 보도했습니다. 명씨와 강씨가 미공개 정보를 활용하여 산단부지 근처 부동산을 매입한것은 아닌지에 대해서도 역시 수사가 필요합니다. [검찰수사는 과연?] 1의 검찰수사는, 맥시멈이 김건희로 보입니다. 김건희 본인이 우리 오빠는 멍청하고 어쩌고 하지만 저는 명선생님 is 신뢰에요 저쩌고 하는 텔레그램 메세지를 명태균에게 보낸 것이 이미 보도된바 있습니다. 그러니까 1은 제기된 의혹이 모두 사실이라 한들 김건희가 기소되고 김건희가 깜방갈 사안으로 보이며 이 건 자체로는 대통령 본인과 뚜렷하게 관련된 정황이 하나도 나오지 않고 있습니다. 다만 2의 건은, 확인되기에 따라서는 대통령 본인의 정치자금법 위반 / 사전뇌물수수 등으로 번져나갈 여지가 있으며 3의 건은, 일단 명태균 본인의 혐의에 대해서는 수사가 불가피한 상황으로 보입니다. 1 2 3 모두 경찰/검찰의 수사가 필요한 상황인데 아직 임기가 2년 반이나 남은 대통령의 혐의가 수사도중 드러날지도 모르는 건을 과연 경찰과 검찰이 얼마나 열심히 파헤치고 싶어할것인가가 문제. 현재 이 건 관련하여 창원지검의 수사 속도가 매우 느립니다. 10월초에 이미 한번 미래한국연구소를 대상으로 압수수색이 진행되었으나 명태균은 그 압수수색에 한발앞서 트럭두대를 동원해 집기를 모두 빼내버리는 일도 벌어졌죠. 물론 언론이 계속 따라붙을것이고 계속 보도가 이어지기는 할것 같습니다만 1 2 3 모두 수사가 필요한 상황인건 분명해 보이는데 과연 수사가 정말로 이뤄질것인지 그리고 수사가 신속하게 이뤄질것인지는 미지수인 상황. 네, 결국은 수사가 제대로 안되면서 또 이건을 특검을 하네 마네 하는 우리가 그동안 흔하게 봐왔던 그 상황으로 도로 도돌이표 회귀하고 있는것 같아 보인다는 얘깁니다. [그외 사족] 아 그리고 진짜 이거 그 뉴스토마토는 비판을 안할수가 없는게 얘들은 진짜 그 보도 수준이 지라시 수준이랑 동일합니다. 특히 김진태 지사 / 박완수 지사가 김건희의 개입으로 공천받은거 아니냐는 의혹을 보도할때는 { (명태균이 그랬다더라)라는 내용을 말하는걸 강혜경이 들었다더라}를 보도했습니다. 세상에... 전언의 전언 보도 실화냐... 그나마 한가지 뉴스토마토가 잘못하지 않은것 한가지를 짚자면 '가짜뉴스는 만들지 않았다'정도? 최소한 '이 보도는 전언의 전언입니다'라고는 적혀있더라고요. 우리는 그런걸 지라시라고 부르기로 했어요. 우리 진짜 인간적으로 지라시보도에다가 '단독' 타이틀 붙이지 맙시다 젭알. [사족2] 이보다 더 사실관계가 명확해지고 확실해지면 오히려 요약하거나 보도할 가치가 없어지지 않나 하고 생각합니다. 보도 가치라는건 이게 백프로 트루 확실하다. 는 순간보다도 '이게 맞는지 아닌지 불확실할때' 보도가치가 최대화되기도 합니다. 예를들어, 대통령 박근혜가 오늘 헌재에서 탄핵되었습니다. 급으로 국정농단이 확실해질때까지 태블릿피씨를 제대로 보도 안한다면 그것도 이상하지 않겠읍니까? 아모튼 그동안은 명태균 관련하여 아무것도 뭔가 특별한게 없다 싶은 느낌이었고 혹 뭔가 있다고 한들 이거 맥시멈은 김건희같은데, 그럼 탄핵이랑은 무관한거 아님? 이미 김건희쪽에 걸린 의혹은 주가조작 + 양평 고속도로 의혹까지 해서 다 특검이 출범해도 무방한 건들 뿐인데 거기에 의혹한개 더달아봤자 조금은 달라지겟지만 그게 그렇게 큰 건일까 싶은것이었는데 지난 주말, 이번주말을 거치면서 한겨레21이 2연속 안타를 때려내고 거기에 뉴스타파가 어시스트를 더하면서 어 이거 혹시? 하는 국면까지는 올라오지 않았나 싶은 생각이 듭니다. 그래서 오늘 한번 각잡고 정리해보면 좋지 않을까 해서 정리했습니다. 아무튼 현재 오늘 시점에서 우리가 명태균에 관련해서 주시할만한 가치가 있는 부분은 현재 딱 이 세부분 뿐인게 맞지 싶습니다. 1 김건희 여사 공천 개입의혹 2 여론조사 조작 혹은 여론조사를 매개로 한 불법정치자금 수수 --> 공천 개입으로 연결 여부 3 경남 창원 지역에 산업단지 조성과 관련하여 미공개 정보를 미리 획득하고 이용했는지 여부 오늘은 뭔가 총집편 너낌으로 티타임에 적어봤고, 앞으로는 뭔가 그래도 뉴스가치가 있는 뉴스가 생겼다 싶으면 뉴게에 종종 올리겠읍니다.
