두서없는 애셋 엄마라서 글이 정리가 안되지만 편하게 읽어주세요. 싸우자아니에요. ㅠㅠ 학폭도 문제지만 직장내 폭력은 우리 사회에서 아에 논의도 안됩니다. 언어적 신체적 폭력, 인간존엄성이 무시된 사회이기때문에 아이를 키우고 싶지 않은것 같아요. 우리들이 할 일은 아이들이 잘 자라도록 학폭관련일을 무마하지말고 적극적으로 이해찬 이후 망가진 서구식 어처구니없는 미국 모델 따라가는 걸 멈추도록 제도를개선하도록 응원해야합니다. 늘 좋은것만 베끼길 가져오길 !! 일을하는 직장인이라면 나 주위를 들여다보고 주윗 사람들한테 잘 해야 한다고 봅니다. 공부 못하고 실력 없어도 사람으로 기본 대접 받을 수 있어야하구요. 많은 이들이 실력우선주의에 공감하면서 효율성 면에서 일 못하면 받는 댓가가 험해야한다고 쉽게 생각하는듯해요. 적어도 존엄성이 무시되어서는 안된다고 봅니다. 직장일끝나면 나랑 같은 동네 학부형이 될수도.. 우리 가게를 나서면, 다른곳에서 교회에서 같은 교인으로 등등 함께 커뮤니티에서 부딪힐수 있어요. 지금 직장 동료가 엄마친구의 아들딸 자녀라면? 내가 하는일이 엄마를 민망하게 만들일을 만든다고 생각해보세요. 아무 거리낌없이 사람을 막 대하는 사회가 되어가는듯해요. 힘없는 약자를 배려하는 사회적 공감대가 형성되어야합니다. 서로 폐끼치지 말고 내 할 일은 내 선안에서 해결해야해요. 같이 배려하고 도와주고 이끌어야 하는데 일못하는 이와 함께 일하는 누구는 누구는 속이 터지겠지만 도와주고 본인은 속으로 감정 컨트롤 해야하고요. 함께 살아야하는 사회 아닌가요. 더해줘도 괜찮아요. 꼭 그만큼 돌려받아야 정석이 아니라 어떨때는 알고 모른척 손해도 나도 되는 여유가 생기는 사회가 되어야합니다. 있는 사람들이 조금 더 손해보아야해요. 감정 쏟아내기의 위험을 모두가 깨달아야합니다.민망해야해요. 내가 잘한다고 나설것이 아니라 나 잘하는건 나만 스스로 만족하면 된다고 봐요. 그걸 뭣하러 알아주길 바라고 나서나요. 성과 주의라서요? 일잘하는 사람은 나서지 않아도 주위에서 다 알아요. 나만큼 너 왜 못하냐고 생산성과 효율성을 앞세우는데 리더라면 직장 선배라면 왜 못하는지 왜 안되는지 부족한면을 밀어주고 도와주고 인지문제로 어쩔 수 없을때는 내가 두 사람 몫을 하면서도 함께 가야한다고 봅니다. (물론 책임을 지고 결국에 성과주의로 인해 동료가 직장을 잃는 건 자본주의의 단면이겠으나.. ) 이용당하고 살라는것이 아니라 서로 도와가면서 부족한 면을 메꿔주면서 동료로 프로젝트를 함께 진행하는건데요. 그럴때 시너지가 발생하고 동료의 성장도 더 쉽게 일어나서 결국 내 일도 동료일도 편해지는듯해요. 동료가 휴가갈때 힘들지만 두배로 일하나 나도 다음에 휴가 즐겁게 갈수 있는 분위기 말이에요. 내가 더 일하라고 하는것이 아니라 내가 가지고 있는 자원을 나눠주는 일도 극도로 꺼리는 억지로 나눠주는 그런 풍조에 대한 이야기에요. 리더가 없어진 다들 움츠린 사회가 되어가는듯 해요. 나이브 하다고 하지만 왜 드라마 신파에 울고 웃고 합니까, 감정 자극하는 드라마가 많은건, 아마 현실에 드라마 보다 더 심한 경우도 봐와서이지 싶습니다. 드라마에서 남때리거나 폭력을 행사하는건 자제되어야해요. (병폐를 숨기라는게 아니라 자극적으로 이용하지말라는) 완전 생각없이 보고 따라하는 이들이 많습니다. 사회곳곳에서 폭력이 침묵속에 용납되지 않도록 서로 배려하고 나서고 용기를 줘야해요. 택시 기사분들의 직장 환경은 어떠신가요? 하루종일 차안에 앉아서 운전대를 잡는 그 분들의 고됨을 알아보시나요? 반가운 인삿말로 그분들의 신경을 낮춰줄수 있는 표현으로 잠깐의 고됨을 잊으실수 있을꺼에요. 서비스직 카운트에 하루종일 서 계시는 분들의 고단함을 아시나요? 슬그머니 앉을수 있는 의자를 마련하자는 운동이 필요치 않나요? 왜 커피는 아랫사람이 사와야하나요? 본인커피 알아서 사오시길!! 나 아닌 남한테 나의 개인적인 일을 시키는 문화는 없어져야합니다. 권위와 권력에 취한 이들이 스스로 부끄러워야해요. 항공사 승무원들에게 하이힐 강요하던 20년전 문화가 이제는 단화로 변했어요. 변호사 사무실 서초동 거리에 정형외과 재활외과 간판이 눈에 띕니다. 하이퍼포먼스를 내는 직종에 대하여 사회가(의사와 변호사 등등) 쥐어짜는?? 시스템인것 의대 법대 보내려는 부모님과 입시 학생들은 생각해본적이 있나요? 월스트리트에서 일하는 퀀트나 맥킨지 직원들이 2-3년 일해보고 환멸에 그 세계를 떠난다는 이야기도 들립니다. 심한 경쟁에 우울증 약으로 버티는 사회는 건강하지 않습니다. CEO 월급 낮춰야해요. 빈부격차를 줄이는 방법은 저는 잘 모르겠으나 인권과 존엄성에 대한 많은 정비가 필요하다고 봅니다. 깊이 반성하지 않으면 변화가 이루어지기 어려워요. 머리에 각성이될만큼 정신이 스스로 깨어나야해요. 인간존엄성에 대해서 언론과 미디어에서 좀 더 이야길 나누길바래요. 내 속의 치부를 들어내기란 힘들고 아파요. 그러나 들여다보기 싫어도 그 과정이 구질하고 험난해도 곪은건 패내야합니다. 직장내 폭력은 적어도 여기 계신분들은 우리 매너있게 살았으면 합니다. 매너가 인간을 만드는것 사실 같아요. 사실 이 글 쓰면서 저도 동네 가게서 어릴때 소소하게 생각못하고 배려못했던 손해 안볼려고 그랬던 행동들 후회 반성이 앞서네요. 앞으로 안그렇게 되도록 노력해야 할것 같아요. 저희 엄마만큼 이웃과 세상을 사랑하는 사람이 되고 싶습니다. * Cascade님에 의해서 티타임 게시판으로부터 게시물 복사되었습니다 (2023-03-19 18:44) * 관리사유 : 추천게시판으로 복사합니다. 제가 가장 싫어하는 말이 ‘사회에서는 일 잘하는게 착한 거다’ 라는 말입니다.
정상성을 추종하는 걸 넘어 정상성을 윤리적으로 정당화하고, 조금이라도 벗어난 이들에게 윤리적인 비난을 하고, 심지어 그 비난을 정당화하려는 말이라고 생각합니다.
하지만 이 말을 너무 흔하게 너무 자주 듣곤 합니다. 음.. 회사가 이윤을 추구하는 곳인 것도 맞지만, 회사 역시 이 사회의 집단이고, 우리는 하나의 집단의 구성원인거잖아요.
이건 결국 우리 사회가 구성원을 어떻게 대하는가, 문제라고 생각해요. 그리고 저는 구성원이 조금 부족하더라... 더 보기
