글을 쓰기에 앞서, 먼저 한 가지 묻겠습니다. 과연 남성의 정력이란 무엇일까요? 사정횟수? 발기 강도? 정액의 양과 발사 거리? 정력의 정의에 대해 예로부터 수많은 논쟁과 이견이 있었습니다. 그만큼 정의하기 어려운 문제라는 거죠. 제가 생각하는 정력의 정의는 상대방이 만족하느냐 / 만족하지 못하느냐로 갈린다고 생각합니다. 아무리 발기 강도가 강해도, 연속으로 사정할 수 있어도, 상대방이 만족하지 못하면 말짱 헛짓거라는 얘기입니다. 그런 의미에서 저는 남성의 정력을 약물이 아닌 본질적으로 강화할 수 있는 운동방법에 관해 이야기해볼까 합니다. 참고로 제가 말씀드리는 방법은 의학적 지식 일부와 다년간의 운동 경험으로 축적된 개인적 경험을 토대로 이야기하는 것이니 재미삼아 읽어주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 헬스를 조금이라도 해보신 분들은 Shut up & Squat! 라는 말을 들어보신 적이 있으실 겁니다. 그만큼 스퀏이 몸을 단련하기 좋은 운동이라는 거죠. 하지만 이 스퀏에는 한 가지 비밀이 있습니다. 바로 남성호르몬인 테스토스테론을 자연적으로 분비시키는 운동이라는 겁니다. 테스토스테론은 근육생성과 성욕 증강에 영향을 끼치는 남성호르몬으로, 남성의 성적능력에 막대한 영향을 끼칩니다. 보통 중년 남성들이 잦은 야근과 회식으로 발기부전이 올 때, 스쿼트를 처방하는 것도 바로 이 때문이죠. 또한, 스쿼트는 복근도 함께 단련하는 운동이라, 꼭 정력증강의 목적이 아닐지라도, 몸매를 가꾸는데 탁월한 효과를 보입니다. 그러니, 스쿼트를 계속해서 하세요. 가장 효과적으로 정력을 증강시킬 수 있습니다. 참고로 말씀드리면, 스쿼트는 어설프게 배우면 허리가 나갈 수 있으니, 전문가에게 제대로 배우시길 바랍니다. (그런 의미에서 3대 운동인 데드리프트도 정력 증강면에서 매우 추천하는 운동입니다.) 또한 스쿼트는 남성뿐만 아니라, 여성에게도 매우 추천하는 운동입니다. 성기가 작은 남성이 있듯이, 성기가 큰 여성도 있습니다. 스쿼트는 이러한 여성분들에게 큰 도움이 됩니다. 혹시 '명기'라고 들어보셨나요. 스퀏은 명기로 가는 왕도입니다. 스퀏을 해보신 분들은 아시겠지만, 앉은 자세에서, 항문근육이 저절로 조여지는 느낌을 받을 겁니다. 그러면서 안쪽 허벅지가 불에 타는 듯 하구요. 복근에는 힘이 들어가고 이마에는 땀이 송글송글 맺힐 겁니다. 스퀏을 하며 케겔운동의 효과를 자연스레 얻을 수 있는거죠. 즉, 스퀏을 하는 것만으로도 자신의 성기를 명기로 변화시킬 수 있다는 얘기입니다. 그래서 닥치고 스콰트!라는 말이 나오는 겁니다. 전신 운동이면서, 정력증강에 가장 효과적이니까요. 잠시 다른 주제를 이야기했으니, 본 주제로 돌아가서- '남성의 정력을 증강시키는 방법은 스쿼트만으로 충분하냐?' 라는 질문을 다시 던져보겠습니다. 아쉽게도 '그건 아니오'입니다. 저는 남성의 정력을 증강시키는 방법으로 스퀏이 필요조건이기는 하나, 충분조건은 아니라고 생각합니다. (개인적으로 스퀏은 발기 강도와 성욕증강에 도움이 크다고 생각합니다.) 제가 생각하는 또 하나의 정력증강 운동은 바로 달리기입니다. 트레드밀이 아닌, 실제 달리기말이죠. 개인적으로는 트레드밀에서 가볍게 걷는 것을 제외하고는 저는 트레드밀을 선호하지 않습니다. 이유는 킥백의 유무 차이인데, 설명하면 복잡하니 결론만 간단히 얘기하면- 트레드밀은 달리기보다 효과가 미미해서 그렇습니다. 그러니 운동장을 도십시오. 인간은 누구나 일정 나이가 넘어가면 노화가 찾아옵니다. 빨리 찾아오느냐, 늦게 찾아오느냐에 따른 차이만 있을 뿐- 노화는 누구에게나 공평합니다. 조금 노골적인 이야기를 해보자면, 십대때는 여러번 사정을 해도, 금방 발기가 됩니다. 그러나 30대가 넘어가면 이것이 절대 쉬운 일이 아니게되죠. 일명 '현자타임'이라 부르는 사정 후 무반응기가 길어지기 때문입니다. 이 때 달리기가 큰 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 달리기는 사정후 무반응기 시간을 상당부분 줄여줍니다. 달리기는 런닝화를 신고 15분에서 20분 정도 약간 빠른 속도(표현이 애매한 것을 양해해주십시오. 전력질주는 아니고 그 아래등급?) 로 달리는 것을 권장합니다. 오래 달릴 필요 없고, 무리해서 달릴 이유가 없습니다. 꾸준히 하는 것이 중요합니다. 그렇게 꾸준히 하다보면 자신의 달라진 모습을 만날 수 있을 겁니다. 지금까지 제가 생각하는 남성의 정력을 증강시키는 방법에 대해 서술해봤습니다. 홍차넷에 글이 아직 적게 올라와, 나름 콘텐츠를 제시해봤는데- 19금 이야기라 어떻게 받아들여질 지 모르겠네요. 문제가 된다면, 삭제처리 요청드립니다. * Toby님에 의해서 자유 게시판으로부터 게시물 복사되었습니다 (2015-06-17 15:36) * 관리사유 : 추천게시판으로 복사합니다.
