작년에 이어 올해도 참 힘들게 지나가고 있읍니다. 특히 외식하기 힘든 분위기가 지속이 되고 있읍니다. 예년처럼 외식을 자주 하지 못함에도 꾸준히 살이 찌는 자신의 모습을 보며 언제나 감탄을 금치 못하는 나날도 지속이 되고 있구요. 내년에는 과연 또 얼마나 살이 찔지 참 기대가 됩니다. 그런 의미에서 제가 올해 무엇을 어떻게 먹었는지 결산을 해보려고 합니다.  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 족발은 구로디지털단지역 근처에 있는 "대두족발"의 튀김족발입니다. 튀김족발 외에 다른 족발도 판매하고 있지만 오로지 튀김족발을 향해 힘차게 전진하면 됩니다. 전진이라고 하니 전진의 wa가 생각이 나는데요. 그런 의미에서 전진의 wa 한 소절 듣고 가시겠읍니다. 다가와 다가와줘 Baby~ 내게와 내게와 My lady~ 조금만 더 나의 곁으로~ 아무 말도 하지 말고~ 네. 여기까지만 듣겠읍니다. 튀김족발을 주문할 경우 순댓국을 주는데 순대와 부속고기가 조금 들어있읍니다. 인위적인 목초향이 강하긴 하지만 나름 먹을만합니다. 튀김족발이 나오기까지 약 10-15분이 걸리기 때문에 순댓국을 안주 삼아 소주를 기울이다가 튀김족발이 나오면 순댓국은 저리 치우고 튀김족발만 성실히 먹으면 되겠읍니다. 튀김족발은 일반 족발에 빵가루를 입힌 후 튀겨낸 음식인데 그 맛이 아주 기가 막힙니다. 생각보다 느끼하지 않아서 쉽게 물리지 않읍니다. 물릴 경우 함께 나오는 소스를 통해 맛에 변화를 주면 더욱 쉼 없이 먹을 수 있읍니다. - 위치: 서울 구로구 디지털로32길 97-6  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 냉면은 충무로역 근처에 있는 "필동면옥" 의 물냉면입니다. 을밀대와 을지면옥은 이미 맛이 가버릴 대로 한참 가버려서 올해 한 번도 방문을 하지 않았는데요. 필동면옥은 언제나 그 고유의 맛을 잘 간직하고 있읍니다. 요새 설눈, 능라도나 평양면옥 같은 곳들이 한참 치고 올라오지만 필동면옥의 확고한 입지는 쉽게 변하지 않을 것 같읍니다.  필동면옥하면 빼놓을 수가 없는 것이 만두와 제육입니다. 하지만 만두는 저리 치우고 이 제육을 드십시오. 고기를 먹을 때는 오로지 고기에만 성실히 온 정신을 집중해야 합니다. 제육치고 가격이 좀 나가고 투박하게 썰어서 과연 그 값어치를 할까 하는 의문이 들지만 제육을 한 입 먹어보면 그 의문은 바로 사라집니다. - 위치: 서울 중구 서애로 26  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 목살은 시청역 근처에 "풍문고기집"의 숙성목살입니다. 풍문고기집의 돼지고기는 이베리코를 사용하며 숙성을 해서 그 맛이 굉장히 조읍니다. 삼겹살도 맛이 좋지만 이베리코 특성상 지방이 많기 때문에 느끼하고 쉽게 물리는 단점이 있읍니다. 특히 홍차넷에는 고연령층이 대다수를 차지하고 있기 때문에 비교적 기름기가 적은 목살을 드시는 것이 좋아 목살을 추천하게 되었읍니다. 2년 전까지만 해도 이렇게 인기가 많은 곳이 아니었는데 점점 입소문이 나서 이제는 예약을 하지 않으면 방문하기 힘들게 되었읍니다. 방문하기 전에 예약을 하고 가십시오. - 위치: 서울 중구 세종대로2길 6-1  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 순댓국은 합정역 근처에 있는 "합정순대국"의 순댓국입니다. 강남에 서일순대국이 있다면 강북에는 합정순대국이 있읍니다. 합정순대국에도 술국이 있지만 술국은 별로 추천하고 싶지 않고, 특순댓국과 머리 고기를 주문하십시오. 서일순대국 부럽지 않게 배부르고 만족스럽게 즐길 수 있읍니다. 합정순대국은 순댓국에 숙주를 넣어주는데 이 숙주가 국물을 굉장히 시원하게 합니다. 소주 한 잔 마시고 순댓국 한 수저 뜨면 크어ㅓㅓ어어~뻑예~ - 위치: 서울 마포구 양화로6길 14  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 중식은 을지로3가역 근처에 있는 "안동장"의 양장피입니다. 안동장은 굴짬뽕의 원조로 유명하기도 합니다. 워낙 역사가 오래된 곳이기도 해서 홍차넷 어르신들께서도 20, 30대 시절에 많이 가보셨을 것이라 생각이 듭니다. 안동장의 굴짬뽕 맛이 참 좋지만 안동장에서 빼놓을 수 없는 음식이 바로 양장피입니다. 양장피를 어설프게 하는 곳 같은 경우 각각의 재료가 따로 노는 느낌을 강하게 받지만 안동장의 양장피는 각 재료의 맛이 잘 유지가 되면서 조화롭게 느껴집니다. 양장피에는 소주보다 이과두주가 더 잘 어울리는데요. 이과두주 한 모금 시원하게 마시고 양장피로 입가심을 하면 여기가 바로 천국임을 느낄 수 있읍니다. 마침 굴이 제철인 계절이 되었으니 안동장에 가셔서 굴짬뽕과 양장피 드십시오. - 위치: 서울 중구 을지로 124  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 양식은 고속터미널역 근처에 있는 "스와니예"의 런치 코스입니다. 이준 셰프가 운영하는 스와니예는 미쉘 어쩌고나 저쩌고 리본에도 계속 등재될 만큼 그 실력과 인기를 느낄 수 있는 곳입니다. 계절에 따라 메뉴가 바뀐다고 하는데 사실 그런 것은 별로 중요하지 않구요. 그냥 맛있는 요리를 잘 즐길 수 있는 거면 충분합니다. 요리가 나올 때마다 요리 방법에 대한 친절하고 상세한 설명을 해줍니다. 요리의 나오는 순서 역시 기승전결을 잘 따라서 가벼움부터 헤비함까지 고루 느낄 수 있읍니다. 코스 요리 특성상 양이 적게 느껴지지만 코스를 전부 즐기고 나면 배가 펑 터질 것 같진 않고 충분한 배부름과 만족감을 느낄 수 있읍니다. 디너는 예약하기 상당히 힘들다고 하니 비교적 예약하기 만만한 런치코스를 예약하십시오. - 위치: 서울 서초구 반포대로39길 46  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 분식은 작년과 동일하게 명동역 근처에 있는 "명화당"의 분식 요리입니다. 홍차넷 어르신들의 추억이 가득 깃든 곳일 거라 생각이 드는데요. 명화당에 방문할 경우 명화당 김밥과 비빔 쫄면은 꼭 드시길 바랍니다. 양이 제법 되기 때문에 이 두 개만 먹어도 충분히 배부르게 즐길 수 있읍니다. 다른 메뉴도 있지만 굳이 추천하고 싶지는 않읍니다. 굳이 내가 여기서 돈낭비를 해야겠다 싶으신 분들은 특히 돈까스 주문해서 드십시오. - 위치: 서울 중구 명동4길 30  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 해산물은 압구정, 압구정로데오역 근처에 있는 "왕자장어"의 장어구이입니다. 왕자장어는 붕장어를 취급하는데 구이 외에 붕장어 회도 먹을 수 있고 우니, 꽃게라면과 명란 아보카도 등도 취급을 하고 있읍니다. 장어가 구워지는 시간이 좀 걸리기 때문에 명란 아도카도나 우니를 주문한 후 하하호호 술과 함께 즐기다가 장어가 다 구워지면 히히헤헤 장어를 즐기면 됩니다. 장어구이를 주문할 경우 뼈튀김과 장어탕이 함께 나오는데 술안주로 기가 막힙니다. 특히 뼈튀김은 소주를 먹다가 소맥으로 주종을 변경하고 싶을 정도로 고소한 맛이 일품인데요. 장어를 잡은 만큼만 제공이 되기 때문에 함부로 소맥으로 주종을 변경했다간 제 정신이 아닌 상태로 집에 갈 수 있음을 주의해주십시오. - 위치: 서울 강남구 언주로164길 35-4  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 돼지갈비는 매봉역 근처에 있는 "마포집"의 돼지갈비입니다. 대학 다닐 때 한 달에 두 번은 꼭 갈 정도로 즐겨 찾던 곳이기도 한데요. 예전의 맛을 잘 간직하고 있어 더욱 조았읍니다. 돼지갈비 잘 하는 곳이 많긴 하지만 제 입에는 매봉역 마포집의 돼지갈비가 가장 잘 맞읍니다. 목등심과 떡심도 취급을 하고 있긴 하지만 목등심, 떡심 매니아가 아니라면 그냥 조용히 돼지갈비를 주문하면 됩니다. 돼지갈비를 주문하면 조그만 선짓국을 제공하는데 이 선짓국은 점심에 단품으로도 팔 정도로 맛이 아주 조읍니다. 계속 리필이 되는 장점도 있읍니다. 돼지갈비 특성상 빠르게 타기 때문에 굽는 수고로움이 있지만 이것을 극복하면 정말 맛있는 돼지갈비를 먹을 수 있읍니다.  돼지갈비를 맛있게 즐겼다면 후식으로는 껍데기를 추천하는데요. 마포집에서 냉면을 팔고 있지만 딱 고깃집 냉면 그 이상도 그 이하도 아니기 때문에 추천하고 싶진 않읍니다. 마포집의 껍데기는 고추장 양념 베이스인데 많이 맵지 않고 살짝 매콤하면서 달달한 맛을 느낄 수 있읍니다. 콜라겐이 풍부하게 들어있는 껍데기. 많이 드십시오. -위치: 서울 강남구 남부순환로 2726  올해 가장 인상 깊게 먹었던 피자는 파파존스의 "소시지 레볼루션" 입니다. 레볼루션이라는 이름이 붙은 것이 허황이 아닐 정도로 맛이 잠 조은 피자인데요. 소시지 레볼루션은 미트 칠리 소스 위에 빈틈없이 토핑된 세블락, 뉴른베르거, 킬바사 소시지의 팡팡 터지는 육즙 파티를 느낄 수가 있읍니다. 이 내용은 홈페이지에서 퍼왔으니 믿어도 조읍니다. 소시지 레볼루션을 주문하면 상큼 달달 매콤한 할라페뇨 랠리쉬 소스를 주는데요. 홈페이지에는 소시지 레볼루션과 환상궁합을 이룬다고 하지만 생판 거짓입니다. 이런 소스 없이 그냥 갈릭 디핑 소스 조금 뿌려서 먹는 것이 훨씬 맛있고 만족스럽읍니다. 제 몸으로 직접 격은 것이디 믿어도 조읍니다. 아직까지 파파존스 소시지 레볼루션을 드셔보지 않았더라면 어서 주문을 하십시오. - 위치: https://pji.co.kr 계속해서 인상 깊게 먹었던 것들을 올리고 싶지만 여백이 부족하여 이만 생략합니다. 다들 2021년 마무리 잘 하시고, 건강한 돼지가 되길 바랍니다. * Cascade님에 의해서 티타임 게시판으로부터 게시물 복사되었습니다 (2021-12-31 17:43) * 관리사유 : 추천게시판으로 복사합니다.
